If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Michelle's apartment was in the exact right place and had all the amenities we needed for a fabulous trip to see friends in Atlanta. She was so responsive to our requests and the location cannot be beat. We will return!

The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. I especially appreciated the late check-out accommodation, which made my trip even smoother. Jackie’s place was the best experience yet that we have had in Air B&B. Visually the atmosphere is very pleasing and hospitable. Our every need and question was taken into consideration before we ever even met. There were explicit instructions about how to operate the TV, what to do or who to contact if any problems were encountered with the property, local places of interest, convenient restaurants with delivery and/ or pickup, and even items included on the premises folks may have forgotten or overlooked in their packing. She was so sweet to have given us a welcoming basket with her own homemade delicious pound cake and other nice snacks for travelers fresh off the road. At our departure, we received lovely note and some decorative soaps. It was a very comfortable, quiet and serene place to stay! We will definitely check to see if she has availability and hopefully stay there on our next trip to the Conyers area. Great hosts, property, close to family-what more could we ask for.😊

Chase is the best host ever! So accommodating and helpful in every way. My friend and I felt right at home and were able to get organised for our 30 day Appalachian trail hike with Chases helpful hints and accommodating ways. His place is beautifully looked after, spacious and comfy. We feel lucky to have found such a great place and host. Thank you .

Stayed with a friend for just a night while passing through Atlanta for a concert at Variety Playhouse, this was a great space for two people! Very cozy, clean, & in a very convenient location with easy check in & check out. We felt very safe as two women traveling alone

Vee was extremely communicative and accommodating throughout the duration of my visit. The house was well kept and was easily large enough to hold my entire family and then some. This home is perfect for a family looking to relax, unwind, and spend some time with one another. The neighbors were also friendly.

Convenient and saved my family money, we travel as a large family, and normally we have to have 2 hotel rooms just for me and my wife and our kids, This home made it possible for us to visit and not have to deal with all the things that come with Sub-Prime hotel stays these days (people living in the hotel). Great Value and wonderful home.

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

Let me start this place was absolutely beautiful!! I have stayed in many bnb but Ive never been in one so setup I literally felt like I was at a relative guest house it was equipped with everything literally on down to deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush in case you forgot your own. I traveled with my in-laws and they have knee problems she went as far as to send a a picture where they can access the apartment without the couple steps. While we were there we accidentally broke a couple dishes offered to pay she turned it saying accidents happens I forgot to mention the games, the snacks and a cabinet full of seasonings to cook. Oh yeah we was looking for something to do she has a notebook full food and activity places if you’re looking at this place don’t hesitate to book her response time was almost immediately every time

I had a great stay at Julian’s place! He was incredibly professional and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in seamless. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also super convenient, centrally located with easy access to everything I needed in Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Julian as a host!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

it was great! we had everything we needed. it was close to Marta which was wayyyy cheaper than Uber to the Airport. Uber to the condo from the airport was almost $60. Marta was $7 for 2 people! we went to the GWCC for Momocon and it was about a 30 minute walk. But there were Lime and Bird bikes and scooters everywhere! We loved having a kitchen and a separate bedroom. My son enjoyed having the whole living area to himself and the husband and I took the bedroom. Bed was super comfortable! John was very good at communicating throughout our stay. lobby attendants were friendly and helpful. There is a liquor store, ice cream shop and mailing/package store attached to the building. Mail store was super helpful shipping souvenirs instead of traveling with them. oh and having a balcony that overlooked the city was a nice bonus. John was even gracious enough to extend our checkout so we didn't have to sit in the airport for hours! overall, very pleased and would stay again.
