In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und der Stadtkern mit der wunderschönen Altstadt ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort findet man mehrere tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Eisläden... Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer und befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrparteienhauses. Zusätzlich ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Pelletsofen vorhanden.

Beautiful renovated apartment with all the amenities we needed and in a great location! We were 100% satisfied with the accommodation and would come back anytime and can only warmly recommend it. Contact with Karin was also very friendly and accommodating. We were cycling! The accommodation is perfect for this, as it's easily and quickly accessible from the Danube Cycle Path and there's a private, locked room for the bikes. The roof terrace is a perfect place to relax after a long bike ride along the river! It was really nice to be in the heart of Linz, and at the same time being surrounded by greenery and absolutely quiet.

Wirklich ein sehr, sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Das Haus wirklich etwas Besonderes, top, tadellos, geschmackvoll, voll ausgestattet bis ins Detail. Die Aussenanlagen wunderschön, großzügig, mit toller Aussicht und alles ganz ordentlich. Die Gastgeber sehr nett und sympathisch und haben an alles gedacht, von der Austattung, Beschriftung, Empfehlungen verschriftlicht. Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern (6, 10, 12) dort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es ist in Gänze wirklich eine sehr, sehr gute Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und funktional. Wir sind nur eine Nacht geblieben, deshalb können wir zur Küche nichts sagen. Das Bad war äußerst modern. Einzig Vorhänge und Teppich wären super, weil die Wohnung extrem hellhörig und schallend ist. Abends Fernsehen schauen, wenn einer schon ins Bett geht ist auch schwierig, weil keine Tür im Schlafzimmer ist. Das muss mitbedacht werden, trotzdem alles in Ordnung.
