Located in a quaint neighbourhood of Cedar Valley in Mission, our home is a short drive from US border & Abbotsford Airport, beautiful lakes, stunning waterfalls, mountain hiking trails, historic sites, dining, wineries & farm tours. Conveniently near a bus stop & only 5 minute drive to a commuter train station connecting you to downtown Vancouver. With one queen size bed & full size sofa bed the suite sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully stocked with all the essentials. Be aware we have a toddler & dog.

Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

We are child/pet friendly but please do not leave either unattended inside or outside. Conveniently located on highway #7, we are easily accessible and at the door step of endless outdoor adventures. We have our own private hiking trails that wind up the mountain side, crossing creeks, waterfalls and passing many varietals of rhododendrons amongst the lush, natural forest. There are multiple gazebos, look-outs and the higher up you go, the quieter it is.

As a farm and since we live on site, our suite will still be allowed under BC's new AirBnB restrictions. With its own private entrance, this bright, south facing suite offers 2 acres of outdoor space with views of Mount Baker from our partially covered patio. Hike one of the nearby trails, feed our chickens, ducks or goats, or just watch the grass grow. Ask about seasonal homestead workshops like making cheese or picking your own apples and making fresh cider.
