Mister Hare's Cottage - beautiful Lakeland cottage

LeonRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay at Mr Hares Cottage. The cottage is lovely & was squeaky clean top to bottom. Everything we needed was there for us & a folder on the table also explaining everything we needed to know, included interesting places to visit & local walks. I would definitely stay again, thank you David

The Studio at High Dale Park

It was fortunate for us to find this lovely room in the valley. Thanks to the warm and heartfelt hospitality of Mr. Peter and his wife, our first trip to the Lake District became an unforgettable gem of a memory. You can relax in a private space and enjoy a pleasant time after hiking and rambling. When looking for a place to stay in the Lake District, I highly recommend booking this room wholeheartedly. We would love to come back again if we have the chance!

Greenthorn

We stayed in June for 4 nights as a family group of four adults for a birthday getaway and had the most wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, characterful and peaceful, absolutely immaculate on arrival and we especially loved the outdoor area with the seating and BBQ - we were blessed with warm and sunny weather so we could use it! We were very thankful to be able to bring our dogs as well and want to say an extra thank you for allowing that - great communication from host Craig. There is parking for three cars and it's only a short drive (approx 15-20mins) to Bowness - we did a boat trip from here one day. We also ate one night at the Mason's Arms down the road and had a very nice meal. Overall 10/10 from us!
The image captures a charming view of a modern barn surrounded by lush greenery and mature trees. Sunlight filters through the foliage, casting intricate shadows onto the well-maintained lawn. A variety of colorful plants and shrubs are seen in the garden area, enhancing the natural setting.

The Barns - Low Stott Park, nr Lake Windermere.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Barns. Looks exactly like in the photos, it’s a beautiful place for those who love mid century modern design. Really peaceful location. Loved going down to Lakeside and Newby Bridge for walks, food and the Spa. The Swann is great for drinks and meals, and had live music outside on Friday night. Much quieter than Bowness or Ambleside, but both in easy reach in the car. Would stay here again and recommend to people wanting a relaxing break in the Lakes.

Jazzberry Cottage

LeilaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Gorgeous cottage. Lovely decor and everything we needed to make us feel at home. The roll top bath was amazing and the beds were so comfy, we didn't want to leave. The only downside was being next to an A road. There was milk, chips, tea and coffee and cake to great us when we arrived- thank you very much! There was also loads of information provided on local attractions, from eating out to days out. It was also really nice to have the use of a dishwasher. Shaun was a lovely host and we're all hoping to visit again next year. Thank you very much!
