It is also only 35 minutes on fast trains to central London and Cambridge, and less than 15 minutes to Stansted Airport. The Annexe is a recently built, oak framed accommodation within a peaceful setting, fully equipped with all amenities to enhance the getaway experience.

The Barn

A unique and tranquil country escape an hour's drive from London. Relax and unwind, gather with friends and family or explore the endless country walks and roman road on our doorstep. The Barn is set on its own plot of land next to the main house with a large fenced garden, patio area with BBQ and a horse field a few metres away to gaze out onto. We are surrounded by lovely Hertfordshire countryside with access to our huge garden with its park like setting and rural views. Easy access onto A10 at Standon, walking distance to Standon Calling, 4.5 miles to Ware and trains to London. 30 mins to Stansted. 40 mins drive to Cambridge. Good place for cycling and walks
