Linda and Jay seemingly were put on this earth to be incredible hosts. Their hospitality is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced and only added value to this already cozy and comfortable home. They have a ton of recommendations for the area and decades of personal experience in this region. I look forward to future opportunities for our paths to cross!

Our stay at Mary’s place in Alexandria was excellent! It was just a couple blocks away from both the Amtrak station and the metro, both of which we used for transportation. It is also extremely close to King St, which is booming with shops and restaurants. We walked all the way down to the waterfront and then took the free trolley back up because it was raining. it was a great night! The neighborhood she lives in is very peaceful and the space is cozy with everything you need to stay. Check in/out was super easy and Mary was even kind enough to offer us early check-in and late check-out since there were no other guests coming in. This was a great find, perfect for checking out the area or taking the metro into DC! Would recommend this space to anyone!

This was a perfect place to stay for my Alexandria visit! The space is lovely, private and quiet, even though it's off a main street. The riverfront is not far and restaurants are walkable and I tried several! I didn't walk as much as I would have, due to 95-degree temps/80% humidity. It was great to return to such a nice, cool haven. I also enjoyed catching up on some movies using Roku. Sean is an exceptional host: friendly & responsive. Enjoyed meeting him!

We had a wonderful stay. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood to get a break from the commotions that often come with larger cities. There are close by options for shopping as well as a metro train station which is very easy to navigate. Stacey was responsive and helpful when we had questions about the area. The deer in the area are no joke! I sat on the couch one morning watching a doe out the window no more a few feet away eat and lay down for a rest.

The location is perfect if you ride the metro or hit King St. It’s a 2 minute walk to the metro platform and King St Tons of restaurants near and Whole Foods is an easy walk. Excellent room with all amenities provided. Staff is always friendly. Free laundry room on each floor.

Jimmie and Jacki were super great hosts! Quick communicators. Helpful during our stay. Willing to be flexible as we were in town for a wedding. Was a great Airbnb!

Stayed here for a business trip and everything was as expected. It was a good value and just what we needed. I'd stay here again!

We had a Great stay. Everything was perfect. The flat is very nice and big. You have a wonderful kitchen and a nice living room. The two bathrooms are very clean and have a good size. I will come back for sure. ! Thank You for Everything!

Great host, the place was easy to find and spotless. Host is very accommodating and responds fast. Place looks just like the pictures and in a very nice area. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Claudia M's place in Woodbridge, Virginia. Claudia was a fantastic host. Her communication was top-notch from start to finish. The house was extremely clean, very welcoming, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house rules were clear and easy to follow, especially regarding the designated guest area in the basement. The guests in the basement were respectful of our privacy and did not bother us at all during the stay. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a peaceful and well-kept place to stay!

Rohaan was pleasant and very responsive. The place was as expected. Lots of room and plenty of entertainment equipment for all ages. Overall, an outstanding stay during our 11 day visit.

The Acorn Loft was delightful the moment we arrived. Clean and very thoughtfully designed. Every space was used so efficiently without feeling cluttered! The guest was definitely in mind when supplying the loft with just the right items and even items that guests may have forgotten to pack. I have nothing but good to say about every detail from start to finish! The owners have done a fantastic job at hosting and accommodating!

Luis is an amazing host, the place is amazing and private, the Patio was where I spent most of my mornings. it's very clean and Luis is very responsive. If you are looking for a place in this area, you should definitely stay with Luis. 100% recommend. will surely visit again.

Perfect location-easily walkable to King St and public transportation. Clean, neat and nice set up. Dana responded immediately for a couple of requests we had. Very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly roomy—which made it easy for me to navigate in my wheelchair (aside from the doorway, which was a large step in). I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like board games, books, and a cozy living room perfect for unwinding after a long day. We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip back to Nova.

This was our first stay at an Airbnb. Severe thunderstorms came through and took out the power while we were at a get-together in DC. Alexis let us know right away, provided candles, and offered to refund nights if we went to a hotel. We stayed there because the basement remained cool. Bedroom was nice and dark, and we slept well on the bed. All of the listed amenities were there and in good working order. Alexis was flexible and easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

Lenah's place was wonderful! We were in Bealeton for a friend's wedding, and it was so close to everything we needed (including Moo Thru) but still in a rural setting. The house was spotless and had all of the amenities we could want. Lenah was even so sweet to loan me her iron so I could iron the dress I took for the wedding. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful place and so well appointed with everything you could possibly think of. Jen was so easy to communicate with. We look forward to coming back here the next time we visit.

We visited Alexandria for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration. We chose Wayne and Laura’s place because of its location and we were not disappointed. Their home is charming and comfortable with all of the amenities we needed. It was close enough to walk to King Street if we wanted to. Parking in front of the home was perfect! Proximity to DC was great too! Communication with hosts was excellent. This was a great place to stay and am looking forward to returning. Thanks Wayne and Laura for such a lovely place and making us feel at home 🙂.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable and quiet. The location is perfect for many things and easy to find. Hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. This is our second stay and would gladly stay with them again!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Virginia's apartment. Everything we needed was supplied and even more! Breakfast for the first morning was a lovely treat. We enjoyed exploring the delightful neighborhood of Delray. It has a wonderful neighborhood vibe that is hard to find in DC area. The location is convenient to everything. We had a car so didn't use public transport. It looked like metro wasn't too far and we saw a lot of busses. This will be our go to for future stays for sure!
