Apartment vacation rentals in Stafford County

Apartment 6 and 8 were perfect for a group visit to FBG. The decor is stunning and they have all needed amenities, including phone charging pads! Walkable to many restaurants, bars, coffee and parks. Adam explained the parking options well with his video. They were very responsive hosts and much appreciated.

Nice place to stay for a couple. Very clean and accessible. Close to everything in Fredericksburg.

This was a great stay—comfortable, clean, and just like the listing. Check-in was super easy. The host sent a bunch of helpful info ahead of time, including a couple of YouTube videos showing how things work, which made everything smooth. The location is perfect—lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and just a couple blocks from the waterfront. Street parking is limited, but there’s a free public lot about two blocks away. We had a really good meal at The Port Osteria—I loved the crabcake sandwich. Be sure not to miss Carl’s Ice Cream for their frozen custard. It’s not within walking distance, but definitely worth the short drive. I’d definitely stay here again.

This location was close to the marine base which was important to us. It was clean, easy check in and check out. Peaceful and quiet area. John and Liz were responsive and helpful.

Nice second floor place. The beds were nice and the place had everything we would want. It was a little noisy at night but to be expected staying in a downtown area. Mornings were very peaceful. We had a great visit.

Very spacious guest suite, nice sized kitchen. Accurate listing, so read the small things in info. and it’ll answer most questions. Very tucked away off the beaten path so it’s a nice spot to get away from city and into a quiet place. Some helpful tips, from what we could find, the suite has no thermostat and stays on the chilly side. Outside of the comforters on the bed, there were no blankets or throws in the apartment so if you get chilly or want to snuggle/relax on the couch, you might want to bring a blanket for the couch.

Great location near all things downtown and not far from UMW. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with good security features. Hope to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was easy access and the place was beautiful and very spacious. We liked the little snack and waters that greeted us upon arrival. We will definitely stay here again if we are traveling this way in the future.

Very secluded location. Beautiful outside sitting area that backs to the trees. 2 bedrooms that are on opposite sides of the apartment that allows privacy for both rooms. Full kitchen area and TV in sitting area

all in all a fantastic stay, and he did everything he could to make sure of that.

Very nice getaway. William was always quick to respond to any questions. The space is nice and comfortable. It is located in a prime location close to shopping and restaurants. Great to walk everywhere and not have to drive. Comfy bed and nice hot shower. Highly recommend.

My pup and I had a wonderful stay at David’s apartment, which is the bottom level of a home beautifully converted into a spacious living space. The photos don’t do it justice—it’s much larger than expected. The bedroom is huge with a massive, super comfy bed and a desk for working. The living room is setup with a comfortable seating area, and 2 bunk beds for those traveling with kids. Initially, I didn’t plan to stay long due to there only being a kitchenette, but the air fryer/oven and small stove burner made cooking simple meals super convenient, and I ended up extending my stay! It was a perfect spot for the week to work from. The family was incredibly kind, hospitable, and always helpful. There’s no fence for the backyard but this wasn’t an issue for us. We enjoyed walking around the peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. As noted in previous reviews, you can hear footsteps from above, but this didn’t take away from the quality of the space. I’d absolutely stay again in a heartbeat.

I had a lovely stay! Eunice and Javier were thoughtful hosts, making everything easy. The place was clean, cozy, and just as described—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to shops and restaurants. I appreciated the small touches that made it feel like home. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This is a great place. Nice and clean. I do want to advise that the walk down to the door is walking through grass and down a hill. It didn't bother me at all but just something to be aware of. Also as other reviews state make sure to follow the extra rules. Another thing to be aware of is the place is kept nice and cool. You might need a sweatshirt if you get cold easily. Again I was glad it was nice and cool. we really enjoyed the theater room and the pool table. Oh and the pacman arcade :) Thanks for the stay.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

Had a great time at Nhi’s place. Very accommodating and homelike.

This place is amazing. Katie was kind enough to prepare the jacuzzi for us as we were tired of driving 8+ hours during our roadtrip so it was a great relaxing time there. Also, had a great chat with Katie who is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this place to everyone. We'll definitely come back again on our way back home from this roadtrip!

Excellent accommodations. Perfect for long term or short term stays for work. Friendly host that is willing to make your stay easy and peaceful. Music in the evenings is a perfect touch!

Awesome place to stay if you’re looking to get away from the city or have a quiet weekend away. The place was very clean and cute. We also enjoyed watching the animals. loved this place!

Great stay! So much space. Bed was comfortable. Host was awesome! Great communication and he was super flexible and let us check out late. Even gave us a gift card to his restaurant! We had a great time.
