Apartment in the completely renovated old building from 1910, 3rd Upper floor, high ceilings, spacious bathroom, modern furnishings and parquet flooring. The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

80m² 3room apartment near city centre in nice area

My apartment is in Dusseldorf-Pempelfort, close to the city center, where you can enjoy shopping and nightlife and then walk home. Public transport with train (D-Zoo), tram or subway within a few minutes. Airport by S-Bahn 7 minutes drive. Here it is urban and also quiet at the same time. Within walking distance you find supermarkets, restaurants, pubs as well as green areas which invite to relax in summer. If you come by car, let me know so I can provide you my parking spot in a garage nearby.

Exceptionally designed lofty open apartment on the ground floor. Offers highest functionality down to smallest details. In the middle of the trendy district, surrounded by more then 10 cozy cafes, restaurants. With a lot of shopping facilities and parks nearby. Super for Fairs! It only takes 10 minutes with a taxi or 22 to 25 Minutes by Tram and U-Bahn to the Messe. To the center: 1200m walk to Shadowstreet, Perfectly connected: Only 200m to the S-Bahn Zoo, 70m to Tram.

Direct connection to Trade Fair via subway (12minutes) In order to protect our guests and ourselves as much as possible from Covid19, we will only accept bookings from vaccinated or recovered guests from 01 October.
