Great place. Very cute and clean. Host is very responsive and provided all information that we needed. The location is amazing too. Quick walk to the gorgeous beaches and the downtown area as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again in the future.

My stay was very nice. The view from the apartment is great and the place is close to the restaurants and stores.

The place was so cute and right in the middle of everything. If I ever find myself staying over in the Tampa area again, this will definitely be somewhere I come back to!

The conso really is just a few steps to the beach! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We tried 3-4 and would go back to all of them. My teenage daughters said this about the room: “It was perf!” and “so cutsie and adorable”

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

I can't say enough great things about this place!! the dock overlooking the water was absolutely stunning. we saw manatees every single day! the pool was clean and relaxing and the housing was quiet and well kept. we were highly impressed!

I absolutely loved this little apartment. The location was great. It was extremely clean. She allowed me to check in early. She had extra toothbrushes and toothpaste. It had an amazing view of the water. I will definitely be back.

Joe was a fantastic host. Very friendly, responds quickly, accommodating, and knowledgeable of the area. The apartment is well furnished and equipped, and had a homely feel to it. If I ever go to Gulfport or the surrounding area again I will definitely book this place again!

This home was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Charlie was responsive and provide incredible recommendations anytime we asked. The yard was private and secure and the neighborhood was quiet. The home has everything we needed! We didn't have to travel more than 30 minutes to beaches, delicious restaurants and ice cream. I would absolutely stay here again!

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

I had a great stay at Sourabh's place! The house was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Sourabh is a fantastic host—very responsive and a great communicator, which made everything even easier. I’ll definitely rent again when I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Loved the house, location, pool, and hot tub! Short walk to the beach. Dinner was delivered our first night which was incredibly thoughtful and convenient after traveling all day! Overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend

This home was everything we hoped for and more. The views with the pool overlooking the dock and water were absolutely breathtaking. We even spotted dolphins swimming by, which made the experience truly magical. The entire property was spotless, with beautiful fixtures and thoughtful touches throughout. From the layout to the amenities, everything was curated for comfort and ease. It felt like a private luxury retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat!

Quiet and nice location - close enough to Raymond James Stadium for our Metallica show - (20-$25 Uber XL) 2 houses off the bay where there is a nice biking / walking sidewalk along the water. Great host, very quick to respond. Also there is Berns Steakhouse around the corner - booking in advance? Their reservations at Berns are 60 days out and a must eat - take the tour after dinner and enjoy the dessert rooms after that. Also Wrights Deli is the go to spot for lunch and worth the wait there.

This was the perfect place for a nice, peaceful long weekend. The house was perfect. Spacious and extremely clean, the pool was perfect and a nice was to relax after a day of outside activities. Love the tv on the back porch. Our last day we fished off the dock then grilled and hung out in the pool while watching a movie. It was so relaxing. Fishing was good as long as you had an outgoing on incoming tide. Caught a variety including trout. Publix and everything else you need is literally a couple miles away, but you are still in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing. I’ve never had host respond as quick as these hosts did. They weee very helpful. The first pan is to stay here again and this time bring a boat with us. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. Everything was perfect!!

Nancy was very responsive. I was coming in late, well after the check-in time, communicated with Nancy and everything went well. The space was as described and was clean. There were notes through the space which were super helpful. Nancy provided clear and easy to follow instructions for every aspect of the stay. Would definitely recommend a stay there and will consider staying again if I am in the area.

The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

Perfect condo for the location and so beautiful inside! Very beachy feeling! I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

Rina was amazing! She was very attentive and helpful. She made sure we had everything necessary and even extras we weren’t expecting, that were very useful, such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, charcoal and lighter fluid. She even left us a Lemon cake, she was awesome. The place was so cozy and the perfect feel for that beach getaway, and within steps to the sand. Everything about the location was also great, restaurants, bars, activities. We enjoyed our stay, and can’t wait to book again, thanks again Rina!

There was an issue when I arrived. Contacted the hosts and they were very proactive and got it taken care of promptly. My only possible complaint is the dolphins didn’t swing by. The location is A+, the view is wow, it is quiet and plenty of parking. The hideaway bed is crazy comfortable. It’s about a 7 inch memory foam. Pull the drapes at night, it is plenty dark, and you can wake up to water, sky, and boats in the harbor. Grab a coffee and enjoy salt life on the balcony. The coffee stock is very nice. On to other perks, plenty of the usual kitchen stuff. Add in dish pods and a dishwasher. Throw in a wash/dry combo… and detergent. I was there about a week. It was nice to be able to wash my clothes and towels and not have to buy a large bottle of detergent or pack my own pods. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to be out before 10. Tamas helped me out and I was out just a little late. He was very gracious knowing my situation. I would highly recommend this property and the host.

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

I could not recommend this place enough! The place was spacious and worked perfectly for a couple with a young baby. They had everything stocked to use, such a dish soap, kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, beach chairs and floats, high chair, pack and play, etc. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The condo was quiet and family friendly. The unit has a great view of the ocean and access to a heated pool and hot tub. We would go back!
