I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

A very comfortable and well presented home great facilities and a nice new and comfortable clean and plenty of natural light.

The house is lovely and very big. Suited us as we all wanted seperate rooms and our own bathrooms so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was great. We did not use the pool or spa so I can’t comment on that. Lively Properties’s were easy to deal with and gave excellent instructions for the property. Would be happy to to use Lively again if we head back for another stay.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! Our host went above and beyond by giving us a full tour of the house upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made it feel like we were staying at a private villa. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and the ambiance was just as lovely as the photos (if not better!). We highly recommend this host and would love to stay here again in the future. Great unit to stay in clean and very spacious. Close to beach and shops all walkable. Easy check in and quiet surroundings. Would recommend people check out this place. Will definitely go back again. Great hosts

We had a great stay as 2 x families with toddlers. The house was a great layout, well equipped and clean. It was really cosy and warm during a very wet and cold weekend. We're already planning a return trip ☺️

We loved our stay. We both have e-bikes and the riding tracks along the beach are the best. We plan on coming back next year.

Place was modern, spotless, very comfy beds, spacious and had everything you needed. Kids able to walk to the lake or pier to fish, central location to get to many places on the Bellarine peninsula. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 3-bedroom house! The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. All the bedrooms were comfortable, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend – we’d definitely stay here on our next visit to St Leonard’s

Great for kids, lots of kids toys, huge house, it just seemed to go on and on 😊 lots of bathrooms. Lots of toilets, separate living areas. The view is fantastic marsh, birds, lovely and warm. Well stocked and fitted out. Close to town.

Lovely house close to everything in Portarlington. Clean with everything you need for a few nights away. Nicole was very easy to deal with and was fine with us arriving early and leaving a bit later. Thanks for letting us stay Nicole. Great place in a great location.

Catherine and Brendan were fabulous hosts. Very informative and responsive. The house was gorgeous and had both a modern and nostalgic feel. Great amenities for kids. The children loved all the outdoor games! We felt right at home. A short walk to shops and foreshore which was exactly what we were wanting having 5 small children with us. We had such a lovely time.

Had a great stay, so many amenities in home. Enjoyed pictionery game from the games cupboard. Outdoor area was fantastic. Anita was a terrific host and kept us updated on ant questions. House was very clean and spacious. Perfect location to beach and street for coffee, cake and grocery store.

Very nice place! Excellent equipment in the house, basically everything you need and even more. Good location, close to Melbourne, Great Ocean Road, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay. Katie gave us a few suggestions to fill our time here and was very accommodating, communication throughout our stay was excellent. The house was nice, modern and in a quaint neighbourhood within walking distance of the beach.

I don't normally do reviews, but for this place and location I just had to. I needed a little getaway after a busy start to the year and I'm so glad I stayed here. Firstly, the place is absolutely beautiful, brand new, having the downstairs and upstairs areas was just perfect. The environment felt like it was at a quiet resort and was only one street behind the beach within walking distance to the pier where I fished in the afternoon/evening, dinner was at the pub just up the road, didn't have to drive anywhere. In the morning I sat on the balcony overlooking the water in the distance, having a coffee and just enjoyed the fresh air. Will definitely be back, I needed this getaway.
