Both bedrooms have outdoor, native stone showers and AC. The kitchen is well equipped with a large prep area. You will find everything you need for dinner in. Centrally located off of Centerline Road, Hope Cottage is minutes from Cruz Bay and less than 20 minutes from Coral Bay. Nestled in a serene garden setting. The surrounding area of Gifft Hill is home to local schools and is a stones throw away from the Emergency clinic. You can feel at peace in the safe and homely residential setting. Enjoy a comfortable and restful nights sleep in Grateful Grotto.

House Aceso was newly listed on the rental market at the very end of 2022 after five full months of renovations, upgrades, and new furniture/appliances shipped in. Come spend some time unwinding and relaxing while soaking in the incredible views. Located on the quiet side of the island in Coral Bay, our home is nestled among the natural beauty of St. John—home to wild goats, sheep, and donkeys! Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and beaches are all a short drive away.

You will stay in the upstairs one bedroom apartment with your own private entrance. The owner’s live in the lower level. Private pooI area. It’s an older cottage with an outdoor shower. There are 67 uneven steps down to cottage from parking area. There are steps that lead to a trail and rocky beach. Property has a generator.

The cottage is conveniently located two minutes to the town of Cruz bay and five minutes to National Park. It’s surrounded by lush landscape and gated property. The cottage is fully AC, covered patio, a private pool, outdoor bbq covered patio. AN ENTIRE COTTAGE BACK UP GENERATOR FOR POWER OUTAGES one of a few offer on the island. It will be helpful when the grid goes down of which occurs quite often. You can still have the comfort without any interruption.
