The apartment has skylights in the living room and kitchen and is located on a private property as a stand alone guest house. Close to Christmas Cove, Wawenock public/private golf course and 15 miles from scenic Damariscotta and the Pemaquid peninsula with a public white sand beach. Our waterfront is Poorhouse Cove, an estuary off of the Gulf of Maine, Atlantic Ocean.

Cushman Cottage Entire house on 20 Marshall Point Road in Port Clyde Maine .Its a two bedroom house with a couch that pulls out to a queen size bed and loft were children can go play or read or color. In master bedroom there is a queen size bed and the second bedroom there is a Queen size bed. We are located on Marshall Point lighthouse road where you can walk down to or drive its a 1/4 of a mile down or walk down to the village and explore of Port Clyde short distance to walk to the beach.

Welcome to Dancing Pines Cottage! We are located across from West Harbor Pond with beautiful water views in each room. Relax on the deck or bbq on the patio or take a short drive into charming Boothbay Harbor town for lobster rolls. We have three bedrooms and a den/office and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house is private and has ample parking. One week rentals for June, July, and August (Saturday-Saturday). Starting January 2025 we will no longer allow pets.
