A Mexico Beach gem, located steps from the beach. This cottage has lots of Old Florida Charm. Original knotty pine walls give the home a cozy feel and gives guests a look into the Florida of the past. The cottage has a fenced in backyard, hammocks, TV’s in each room with streaming services, WiFi, and other amenities to help you feel right at home! I also try to keep a good selection of wagons, pier carts, buckets, beach chairs, cornhole, dip nets, fishing tackle, and beach toys on the porch.

Our waterfront cottages are just a short drive to some of the area's favorite restaurants, breweries & 7 minutes from Saint George Island. Throw a line from the dock, head out on your boat or hit the water in your kayak. They can accommodate up to 6 guest & feature a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, queen bedroom, bunk beds, pull-out-coach, flat screen TV's & a back porch overlooking the bay. Quaint renovated cottage close to downtown (walking distance) and two blocks from PSJ Bay. This is a great place to relax after a long day at the beach, playing Pickleball or fishing. There is a large parking pad out front that will easily accommodate 4 vehicles or a boat and 1-2 vehicles. Frank Pate park is within walking distance with four Pickleball Courts or access for fishing. The backyard is fenced and there is a porch for enjoying the warm Florida evenings.

Our cute little cottage is a home away from home. It offers two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed the other has a full bed and a twin bed. It has all the amenities just like being at home. A fully stocked kitchen with anything you need to cook your days catch. There is also a gas grill for anytime use. We are just a block from the bay and less than a mile from the city boat ramp. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
