Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in St. Clair County

Cute and quiet place to stay. Within walking distance restaurants and bookstore. We ate at the Dressel which had a great Host, our Bartender/Server was attentive and the food was excellent. We would definitely stay her again.

Jennifer's place was just what we needed after being displaced by the May 13th tornado. It is a great neighborhood for visitors. The world famous Missouri Botanical Garden is a walkable distance away and Tower Grove Park is across the street. If you are a foodie, Grand Avenue has some of the tastiest International restaurants in St. Louis. We were comfortable and relaxed at Jennifer's place. Again, we highly recommend her place for visitors to the city.

We loved staying here! It’s a fun neighborhood and it was easy to find parking. The space was cozy and we felt right at home.

Such an amazing location overlooking City Museum. The space is roomy and accommodates everyone nicely. The roof top views at night are some of the best downtown. Jan went above and beyond before and during our stay, could not have asked for a better, more proactive and hospitable host! Great stay!

Great location for everything you want to see or do in St. Louis. 15 minute drive to most of the tourist sites and business actives in the City as well as Washington University and St. Louis University. Walk to many good restaurants on Grand Ave and just a half block from the Hartford Coffee Co. for breakfast or lunch. one block to Tower Grove Park.

Great GREAT space: sunny, huge windows, view into tree tops of local park, great kitchen, big TV, super comfy beds/linen, convenient downtown location, easy access to highway and outlying neighborhoods, clean and welcoming. Secure parking, secure parking garage access, secure building/elevator/floor access. Extremely responsive owner and bldg manager. We needed a place for a week and this was perfect. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

Clean, thoughtfully decorated, Nice quality to the amenities, including things like soaps, towels, range kitchen supplies. Needed help from from Tori. a couple of times. She was responsive, pleasant, helpful.

Very convenient, it was close to many places we wanted to visit. Friendly neighborhood as well. Loved the pool!!!

We loved our stay here. The house was well put together and homey. We enjoyed the extra touches, like toothbrushes, makeup removers, and wonderful extra snacks for the kiddos. (Especially after the hot zoo all day). There was also a fantastic “guidebook” put together by the hosts, with local restaurant menus!! The physical location was in an old district, full of old historic homes and buildings. Close to the Zoo, aquarium, and the Budweiser Museum. And our kids enjoyed running around in the back yard for the night. Would definitely stay again!

I found our stay here extremely peaceful and exactly what we needed. We were grieving the death of a very close family member while simultaneously reuniting with family members we have not seen in a while. It was the perfect relaxing space to find solace and reconnect. The hosts were flexible and accommodating and I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again.

The house was lovely, accommodated our large group of Girl Scouts well, and the beds were comfortable. With only a short drive to downtown attractions, we were able to stay in a beautiful house with plenty of room for less than the cost of a bunch of hotel rooms. The entire house has been updated and is beautiful. It could use a fresh coat of paint on the walls, but that happens quickly with rentals! The third floor shower wasn’t getting warm at first but we discovered the breaker just needed to be reset and then it was perfect. We did run very low on towels at one point. Everything else was wonderful. Thanks for a lovely and comfortable stay!

My family and I came to St. Louis for a family reunion. David & Emily's place was perfect for our stay. It was located conveniently close to many of the local attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Beautfullt decorated and cozy home. They were very responsive to messages and when we had a small problem with the arcade game they were able to stop by and fix it. My boys loved playing the arcade game. My only warning is if you happen to be a person of size the space between the shower and the wall where the toilet sits is very tight. Luckily we fit okay but there is only one bathroom so that might be a deal breaker/issue for some people. Otherwise everything was wonderful! My boys dove right into the snack bowl that was provided as we got in very late at night and they were hungry. While we really didn't cook there the kitchen had plenty of cookware. We would definitely stay here again if in the area! There is so much to see and do in St. Louis that we actually didn't get to see/do it all.

This is my second time staying here. I’ve been traveling for work and this has been an absolutely perfect place for me to stay while on the road. All the conveniences of home in a nicely decorated comfortable space. It’s been like a second home for me the past few months and I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again if I’m ever in the area working in the future. The hosts have been fantastic. Very easy to communicate with and just overall great people to deal with.

Emily was very good at communication. We found the home very clean. It has been nicely updated and decorated. It was just the right place for our weekend stay.

Charming space with lots of character, relaxing atmosphere, convenient central location to many places to visit, quiet street, and great parking. Beds are super comfy, plenty of space for larger family. Super clean, great kitchen spaces and comfy couches. Lots of character and charm to relax in. Great host and very responsive to questions, had clear check-in and check-out instructions. Our family loved it here!

Great place to stay in St Louis. place was great and an easy walk to the ballpark and great restaurants and bars.

Clean and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are much roomier than they appear in the photos. The beds were comfortable and the shower head in the main bathroom had great water pressure. Safe neighborhood that’s a quick walk to Central West End. Gated parking around the back is a perk but the street in front is perfectly safe to park as well. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this space! The apartment is really nice and perfect for a weekend getaway. Felt very safe in a quiet neighborhood and were able to walk to the Tower Grove Farmers Market and Botancial Garden. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a really nice stay. Danny was quick to respond, and check in was very easy. Check out requirements were very simple and she really didn’t request a lot. I expected to have to do a lot more before checking out, so that was a nice bonus! The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. Just as the others shared, this biggest “challenge” was the stairs, but still managable. The beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet!! I loved how spacious one of the bedrooms was… we managed to put a queen sized air mattress in it for our daughter. The only things I would have added to my “wishlist” would be to have blackout curtains for the bedrooms (my 3 year old has her own motto “the suns up, so it’s time to wake up!” so we had some early mornings 😅), and a little more comfortable living room furniture for relaxing (we all have bad lower backs 🤣). But overall We definitely recommend Danny’s place and we would absolutely stay here again.

Thoughtful, generous host. The space was cozy and comfortable after a busy graduation weekend. Great location—easy Uber access and walking distance to restaurants and Whole Foods. The well-equipped kitchen was a nice bonus.

The location was very peaceful for starters. The place was great all around. I had no complaints my kids loved it as well. This is the main reason I chose your spot, I needed a place that made it feel like a home and not just another hotel. I will look for your listing on future trips.
