The apartment is situated at the top of the house, it is perfectly romantic for the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. We offer accommodation which consists of one apartment, 50 m2 large (suitable for 2+2) with an amazing sea and Old Town view. It has 1 bedroom ( double bed), living room ( couch - made into 1 double bed), kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. I would be happy to provide any information and help! The apartment is situated in Ploce district offering amazing Old Town and sea view. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and perfect for morning running or for night walks. Old Town is just few minutes walking distance, as well as the closest beach and many restaurants. Great apartment —clean, full of historic charm and character, yet modern and comfortable. It’s compact, like many places in Old Town, so don’t expect a lot of space. The directions provided were super helpful and made finding our way through Old Town much easier. The location is unbeatable—just an alley away from the iconic “Steps of Shame,” close to Banje Beach, and somehow still peaceful and quiet. WiFi initially wasn’t working and the host rectified the issue quickly and successfully. Old Town Dubrovnik is absolutely magical—medieval buildings that feel straight out of Game of Thrones. We loved every moment and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. Exactly as shown in the photos with plenty of amenities provided - extra towels and toiletries. Also it was very clean. The location is close enough to old town in an Uber or taxi (roughly a 5 minute drive). I would highly recommend and would love to return again!

I can’t say enough about this gem overlooking the Dubrovnik old town. The view is stunning. Everything in the apartment is brand new, the beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. The host responded promptly, met us at a pick up point to greet us and show us the unit. He even helped us carry our bags up the steps and store them so we could enjoy a few more hours in town before we left. The unit is just steps (lots of steps) from town and a beautiful beach. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back again some day.

One of my most favorite Airbnb stays! Had such a wonderful time and felt right at home. It’s the location and easy to get to with big suitcases. Tiffany and Domagoj were so helpful and had great recommendations. Also very quick to respond to my messages and so kind. Would love to stay here again if I come back. Will be recommending to friends and family! Wish I had stayed longer :)

We stayed at the apartment for 7 nights and we had a fantastic holiday. Ivona and Michael were amazing hosts. Micheal recommend plenty of day trips, restaurants and sightseeing spots. Michael gave us a tour of the apartment and pool area and helped with anything we needed. Ivona was very responsive and helped us arrange our return transfers. We loved all of the little special touches in the apartment, felt like home away home. This apartment and the hosts exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect! Thank you!

Location was perfect with a stunning view of the city! Would highly recommend anyone divisions dubrovnik to stay here. The space was spotless and Alenka even met us early to let us in so we could leave our bags as we explored. 10/10!
