Puglia is a beautiful part of Italy. This tenuto is an experience in and of itself. From the first communication to being there, Patrizio answered all my concerns and questions. We are 12 friends traveling together so he had many questions! and yes we all enjoyed the tenuto very very much The home is pristine Every room has details to delight the senses, yet full of warmth and welcome. Kitchen well stocked and functional. Semira cooked two dinners for our group of 12. Oh my. The furniture was comfortable and beautiful and lots of common spaces. The grounds of the estate -- immaculate. I particularly enjoyed watching the veggies grow. Riccardo is the new house manager. So kind and responsive Patrizio had excellent recommendations for restaurants, winery lunch, etc etc etc. Such an excellent host in ALL respects. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We hope to come back and explore more of Puglia. From all of us, La Dolce far niente (although we did a ton)

We had a fantastic stay at Luigi’s place! It is located in a quiet and local area about a 10-minute walk from the old town, making it the perfect location for Lecce. The place is spacious with plenty of amenities - full kitchen, two bathrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The bed was comfortable and we had great night sleeps with the fan. The best part had to be the pool and outdoor area! We loved breaking up the hot days with a couple hours in the pool each day. We stayed there as a couple but there was plenty of space for a big family or friends. The bonus was having accessible parking outside the house - while not part of the property, we had no trouble finding some each day. The hosts had fantastic communication too, making check-in seamless and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d definitely love to stay again if we were in Lecce in the future!

The accommodation was just as beautiful as shown in the photos, even exceeding our expectations. The host was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions, plus very accommodating with check-in and check-out, which made our stay even smoother. Thank you again! The amenities, like the TV and internet, were excellent, and it was great to have restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Parking was easy to find on the public streets nearby. The only minor point we noticed was that a bit more dishware would be helpful, especially for families like ours, traveling with children. However, this did not detract from the overall experience. We slept very well; the space was clean, well-organized, and had a high-quality feel throughout. We’d happily stay here again anytime. The location was ideal for day trips – just a 15-minute drive to both Lecce and the beach.

We have just had a delightful week in Puglia. This villa is just a perfect place for a couple to stay. It was clean, well designed, cool (without having to use the air-conditioning) with a small infinite pool. The photos do not do it justice the setting is idyllic. Giorgio & Angelo are extremely helpful. Responding immediately to requests. Great communicators and their attitude and commitment make life much easier. I would definitely book the villa again. An excellent holiday.

The villa in Squinzano is amazing. It has exceptionally exclusive but cozy amenities and great design. You immediately feel comfortable and don't want to leave this wonderful place. The garden with the extravagant pool is really fantastic. Depending on where you look or where you sit, it is never boring for the eye and always looking particularly beautiful from every point. We felt really comfortable. The place was super clean. Paolo answers all questions at a rapid pace and all his recommendations were very good for us. We wanted to get to know the area and are very enthusiastic about the impulsive Lecce. The city is minutes by car, which was no problem for us. Unfortunately, our stay was too short and would travel back to this paradise in a heartbeat.

Perfect accommodation. Quiet, the environment is peaceful. Supermarkets are close to the accommodation. However, it is imperative to be transported. The swimming pool is really great, slightly set back from the listings, cleaned every morning by Salvatore. This property is ideally located for visiting the south of the chickens, max 1 hour drive. Salvatore is an excellent host, kind, very discreet, and gives tips for restaurants and tours. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, all comforts. Change of towels and sheets assured in the middle of the stay. There's a lot to visit, I had a great vacation. Very nice beaches less than 15 minutes from the accommodation. Thanks again Salvatore

We had a lovely time at Giovanni's Masseria. The place is amazing and steeped in history, very quiet, and the care given to the house, as well as the gardens is an undeniable plus. The figs were particularly delicious, as were the fruits offered by Giovanni (grapes, prickly pears). The house is very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for a quality stay, (including air conditioning, essential in August!). Giovanni was always available, very friendly and concerned about our well-being, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to explore Salento by car.
