The house is in a very convenient location close to Autzen Stadium(6 mins), the University of Oregon(12 mins), and downtown Springfield(7 mins)! Located in a working class neighborhood. This is one side of a beautifully remodel duplex. You have full access to the home including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms each with queen size beds! Each bedroom as a very comfortable memory foam queen size mattress!

My Son and I never had much time to enjoy it, since we got up early to go fishing, but it worked out perfectly. I know my wife would enjoy it because of its decor and pleasant atmosphere. We had an excellent stay! The place was clean, very cute and had everything we needed! The hosts were very friendly and responsive. You can tell they put a lot of work and effort into their Airbnb and we would definitely stay again!

This place had a really wonderful view of the river! Overall, the house was clean but it definitely felt like someone else’s home, just to set expectations. But regardless, our stay was very pleasant. There was some road noise you could hear inside but that is quickly made up for by the lovely views and sound of the river.

Nick and Anita were incredibly accommodating and communicative. We came for a writers’ retreat and it was a peaceful place that was also walkable to lovely little eateries. Their recommendations helped us immensely. Great spot and great people!

Had a wonderful stay. Emily met us when we got there and showed us around. There was a basket of snacks on the table to welcome us. She has a beautiful yard - I loved sitting on the porch in the morning drinking my coffee and in the evening watching the sunset. So peaceful. Would definitely stay here again. On my save list!
