Beach house vacation rentals in Spring Lake

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

We will consider Tracy's place again when we come back to Seaside Heights! This charming little home is cozy and well situated. The house was clean. We were on our way back home from a long roadtrip and Tracy was very flexible and checked us in very late. We arrived to a house that was welcoming and ready for us even if we booked last minute. This is a lovely older home that has been beautifully restored. It is in pristine condition, comfortable beds, ample pillows and towels, with plenty of amenities for the house and the beach. Easy walk to the beach, cafes, and Asbury Park, plus easy parking on site. The front porch was one of our favorite places to read, play a game, and enjoy our morning coffee. As it is an older home, the stairs are a bit steep to the second floor, but there’s not too many. Just something to note if there is a senior or small kids in your group. We loved our stay here and would stay again!

Everyone was absolutely enamored with the spacious layout and the stunning view from the property. It truly was an exceptional booking experience. However, it’s important to note that there was no access to the jacuzzi, which some guests might find disappointing. Overall, the space was generous with plenty of room to move around, and it was incredibly comfortable, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. I would definitely choose to book this place again in the future!

This is my 3rd time staying at this beautiful oasis, and I can't wait to go back! We were on a girl's trip and we all felt very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, curling up on the super comfy couch, playing the games at the house, cooking delicious meals, and the nearby Pinball Museum! It was my first time walking home from the boardwalk, and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner! The neighborhood homes are beautiful and spring is springing! Tracy is an amazing host and she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the beach!

The owner was really good with communication on what needed to get done with check in and check out. The house was really cozy and clean. The location was good too with only a short walk to the boardwalk. Overall had a very nice experience.

The house is beautifully appointed, we felt right at home - comfy beds and living room furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and wash/dry clothing throughout the week. The location is exceptional. Block and a half to a beach entrance. Beach and neighborhood was quiet during mid June stay. Sal was excellent before our stay and during, very responsive. I can’t say enough good things about it, we can’t wait to return.

I was so comfortable in Donna's house.. Her bed's you could sleep all night?. Neighborhood extremely quiet. But nice and clean. I would so love to stay here again when I come up to New Jersey. Donna thank you for all you do.

David’s place has everything you could possibly need for a weekend beach trip. We had a group of 14 and everyone was comfortable and well accommodated. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach. The house was absolutely perfect- newly renovated but still had the charm and beauty of an older house. Highly highly recommend.

This place is like a piece of heaven on earth! Anything you can think of was included and available for use. The neighbors are great and the owners were a text away if you had any questions. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the boardwalk, but secluded from the hustle and bustle! Thank you for having us!

My friends and i stayed here. We were a group of 4 and it was perfect for us! The whole place was clean and homey! The location was amazing, close to boardwalk and restaurants. It truly was the perfect place and we would 100% stay here again

Very friendly host, excellent communications, great place

George & Liz’s place was exactly how they described it. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to area restaurants and the beach. We had many options for meals and the grocery store was also very close. The house is really cute and having an additional bathroom was helpful. The five of us had our own space. We enjoyed the pool and we even took a bike ride on the bikes in the shed. We really enjoyed our stay in Neptune! The hosts gave us great suggestions for nightlife and activities. They even left a nice birthday Neptune City tote for me, as I was there celebrating my birthday. This girls trip was just what we needed with comfortable accommodations.

Alejandro’s place was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The house was roomy and comfortable and the yard was key with pool, fire pit and mini golf. We would stay again!

The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Tiffany has a wonderful home with a beautiful pool. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. The house is in an excellent location as you can walk to many stores and restaurants. We were extremely happy and had a great time staying for a few days.

The house was beautiful, and Carey was very responsive and flexible! I reached out with one question and she responded right away and was very helpful! A very lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to where you want to go.
