Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

We had a great time here! The place was clean and open. We ended up driving downtown but it is in walking distance, just a big hill. Lots of cute shops and food within minutes of the home. Home was well stocked and had everything we could need. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area! Cute get away.

The Heron House is a great place in a very quiet neighborhood in Spring Hill. There are many places to choose from to eat within 5-7min. Kroger is very near if you want to buy your own food and cook it at the house. Easy access to I-65. The house was just as described and exactly like the pictures, which is rare all too often. Casey is a great host and communicated quickly! Thanks for the great place to stay!

We have stayed at several airbnb's in Leiper's Fork, but the Storybook Cottage is my favorite. The stone and brick cottage has everything you need and is in a perfect location. So close to the shops in Leiper's Fork, but tucked away so you have the privacy you want. The bed, linens, towels are top notch, and the decor is so welcoming. I loved the box of quotes, the screened in porch, and the fire pit. Will definitely stay at Storybook Cottage when we visit the area again.

This home was very nice. Exactly how the home was listed. I initially did not mark the box for pets but she was very considerate and accommodating for my two dogs! We were in Spring Hill for a wedding at the Venue! It was a fantastic location. Would definitely stay here again!
