Monthly Rentals in Spring City

We had a wonderful weekend at Judy and Joes farm. It’s clean and they have all the amenities you could ask for. They are very responsive to questions and requests. Very cool place to stay!

The house was cozy and perfect for winding down after spending all day at a convention.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my dog. The place was as described. We didn’t check in until close to 10 pm but the pathway to the 2nd floor apartment had motion sensor lights all the way to it. So that helped! The place was clean and the host had ensured that the a/c plus fans were turned on to keep the place cool. I really appreciate that. I also appreciate the free water bottles, hot cocoa pod, and snacks! Thank you! It was a very nice and quiet place. My dog didn’t bark at all the entire time we were there because she didn’t hear anything…very quiet and peaceful surrounding. I also walked my dog in the neighborhood at night. The place had a nice fenced in area as well. We rested very well during the 2 nights that we were there. Jessica provided good and detailed instructions for checking in and left information on the dining table as well. Thank you!

Our stay at Vincent Forge Mansion was perfect from start to finish. The home was immaculately clean, incredibly spacious, and beautifully maintained. Every room had its own charm, blending historic character with modern comfort. The property itself is peaceful and serene—surrounded by nature and full of quiet spots to relax and unwind. It truly felt like a hidden gem and was the ideal setting for a restful getaway. Whether enjoying morning coffee on the porch or simply soaking in the calm atmosphere, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. What made the experience even more special was the attentiveness of our host, Lawson. He was very kind, responsive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. It’s clear he takes great pride in the property and genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for his guests. We’re already looking forward to coming back and plan to return many times. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and tranquil escape.
