There is a heat pump, new wood stove, electric heating, Chromecast, dishwasher and washing machine in the laundry room. The house is located in a cozy green cottage area with a 10-minute walk to Limfjorden.

The apartment is located in Lemvig. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, a nice kitchen with a dining area and a nice little garden that can also be used. It is very centrally located and in a few minutes you are down by the harbor and the pedestrian street. The apartment has an attached carport, but it is also possible to park on the street. The cabin is connected to the landlord's country estate and stud farm with breeding of Portuguese Lusitano horses and sports ponies, so you can enjoy both beautiful horses and rural nature right from the living room.
