House was very clean and had everything for a pleasant stay

Second time staying but not the last time. Love waking up and heading out back with the dogs and enjoying early morning kayaking off the dock. Roomy and comfortable. Relaxing getaway

I would rate this house a 5 out of 5. The house looked just like the pictures . It was very clean . The host was very responsive, she was great. My family enjoyed the fire place located on the side of the house . There appeared to be a spider issue in the house . We saw a couple and had to kill them. The shower in the basement was very small. Besides that my family and I had a great blended thanksgiving and would definitely rent again . Thank you for everything Angela !!!

We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect—right on the water with a fantastic private dock. The little "snack bar" on the dock was stocked with extra life vests and paddles. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. There was plenty of silverware and utensils for our whole group, which made cooking and dining together a breeze. A big bonus: the shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms—everyone in our group forgot theirs, so that was a total lifesaver. We also loved that the property overlooks the state park. It gave us beautiful, peaceful nature views and added a sense of privacy that made the whole trip feel like a true escape compared to other locations I've been to on this lake. My favorite part was taking the jet ski out every day. The nearby boat ramp is very private and super close, which made launching a breeze.

Very peaceful area, huge fenced in yard for kids, dogs or both, The house is well kept and very comfortable, right across from driveway is the entrance to the boat ramp, where there is picnic tables to sit and relax at the boat ramp and can fish from also . Great quite neighborhood with great wildlife and traffic is slow so easy to walk your dogs in the area. The host Kevin was responsive with any questions asked. We had a great time.

Oliver made it so easy to check in and out. The house was spotless and had everything we needed and more. We forgot a toothbrush and coffee pods and home had extra of both. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper and paper towels,etc. and the beds were so comfy. We put the two kayaks in the back of our CRV and just drove slowly the two blocks (at most) to the launch. Lovely area to kayak around. We went to King’s Dominion one day and then to Fredericksburg for a movie and pickleball (the Picklr was great) Otherwise stayed at the house and enjoyed the porch and basketball. The fire pit area was great but unfortunately we weren’t able to use it bc of evening showers. Although, those evening showers enabled us to hang out on the porch without bugs bothering us. Oliver was so receptive to any question we had and always responded quickly. It was the perfect place for 5 adults to come together for a mini family vacation and just relax.

We have stayed at a few places in Lake Anna and this one was perfect for our group of 8. The house is beautiful with a great set up for engaging family time and a well stocked kitchen. The backyard worked well with our Halo collar for our dog and the dog and boating options were perfect for our crew aged 8-68. The neighbors are friendly and there's plenty of shade and sun options to meet everyone's needs. We already booked our trip to come back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Tracy's place! Came down to do a triathlon at Lake Anna. Very peaceful area and the house itself was very inviting and comfy. The main bed was a bit hard but that is more to do with my personal taste than anything. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I were very pleased with Eric and his lake house. It was perfect, clean, and very inviting. The home and location matched the pictures; in fact, it was better in person. Everything we wanted to do was there, we only went to the market. Eric was very attentive and when I had a question or a concern- he was quick to follow up and he was a great communicator. He responses were prompt and friendly. This meant everything to me. He did not act like a stranger; he welcomed us into his beautiful home. If I had my way, I'd still be there but work calls. I would highly recommend Eric and his lake house. I'm already talking to my husband about making plans to go back next year around the same time. If you're looking for a home beside the water with kayaks, grills, fire pit, and life jackets and close to beaches and most importantly a host who cares and will be attentive, check out this property and Eric. They both deliver.

We absolutely loved this as a getaway from DC! Access to the pool was a huge advantage and it was so nice how close it was to some walking/running/easy hiking trails. The firepit was super cozy as well! Ashley was a great host, had little gifts and treats for us when we arrived and made the whole space feel like home with wonderful amenities. Would recommend this stay!!!

The property was exactly as pictured and was great for my family & I. It was conveniently located near our event, shopping, & restaurants. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania area of Virginia. I'd stay here again.

The house was beautiful and spacious. The host was very responsive and the home was very clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the backyard was fantastic.

Our family of five had a great stay on the farm. If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we would definitely stay again.

We only had one night as we were on a road trip with young kids (8 & 6). They LOVED the place and the pool. In the evening we had some magical appearance of fireflies (June trip). The camper van was cute and had all the facilities that one would need. The only downside for us was that the cleaners had not emptied the grey and black water tanks which meant we had the toilet block in the evening and the shower not drain in the morning. Colby did come out and fix this though and was very friendly. Overall we would still highly recommend the space, especially with kids.

We had a great time, the kids loved the pool and beach access. Our hosts had lots of chairs, towels, blow up rafts, etc at the house for us to use. Kithen was stocked with the essentials and tools so we were able to cook in each night. Having the hotub and game console was great for the one stormy night. There was tons of room and plenty of towels and bedding. Hosts were very helpful answering our questions and providing recommendations. Definitely recommend for a relaxed weekend getaway!

Beautiful house! Owner is very responsive and helpful. Plenty of extras on hand- tons of toilet paper, paper towels, seasonings. Kitchen has everything you could ever need. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this stunning house. The location on the water was beautiful, the weather didn't cooperate for us, we would have loved it even more if the weather was nice. Nevertheless the inside space was perfect for what we needed and for our whole wedding party to stay. The only thing that would have made it more perfect was to have an additional bathroom downstairs.

The house was great for our group! The boat dock and chairs were great down by the water! The inside very spacious. House was clean, the grill up on the deck has rusted out and isn’t useable luckily there is one down by the dock, just plan for that cooking wise and you’ll be good! While we were very excited about kayaking, one of them has a patched whole in the bottom and one of group members sank which was unexpected but luckily we just left with a funny memory. Overall, the house is in a great location and a good space for a group of 8-10 adults. We will definitely come back!

This place was an amazing spot for a weekend getaway! The beach area by the dock was perfect for cooling off and hanging out with friends. Will definitely be back!

This house is perfect for families with kids. They had so many books, toys and kid-friendly amenities at the house - our entire family had a blast!!! The screened-in porch was perfect - we had nearly all our meals there. The property is quite secluded in a very peaceful place. Cannot wait to go back!

Our large group of 11 plus dogs had a great stay. We wanted to meet up at Lake Anna and this space worked perfectly for our families. Large, clean bedrooms, with full bathrooms on all floors made it a winner. Sherri Lynn has a welcoming and relaxed hosting style that we appreciated (easy check out!). She was responsive when we had a question. Thoughtful aspect for a place welcoming large groups = plenty of seating/ chairs so we could all gather in the communal areas like the deck or living room. We all wished we had the giant comfy couch in our houses! It's a very short walk or drive for lake access. The property is pretty and tidy. We liked using the chiminea for s'mores.

Great place on the lake. Would definitely come back. Love the little beach.
