This guesthouse was beautiful! Super clean and it is stocked with everything you can imagine!

Jeffrey’s place was perfect for our small group! Location was quiet, house was beautiful, beds were comfortable, we had everything that we needed, and Jeffrey was quick to communicate and help when needed! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great stay for a couple that wants to be near the downtown/lake section of CDA but not stay in the resort. We enjoyed the seating outside, hot tub, clean and comfortable accommodations, and cutesy quaint neighborhood. We even saw the massive black, brown, and white bunnies and encountered a flock of wild turkeys while driving. Very convenient to Tubbs Hill trailhead and the big park and boardwalk. Ron was very responsive during our stay and gave clear directions- I appreciate renting from owners like him.

We loved Jake’s place! It was much larger than in the pictures and very comfortable for our large family. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the pickleball and basketball court! Our dog loved the yard. We are already thinking about coming back. Thank you Jake!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, super comfortable, and had plenty of space, it truly felt like a home away from home. One of our guests is a smoker, and the host was very accommodating with the outdoor fireplace area, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, making it easy to cook meals. The decor throughout the home was lovely, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, everyone slept great. Just a heads-up the water gets extremely hot, and the master bathroom doesn't have a door since it's part of the bedroom layout, but that wasn't a big issue for us. All in all, a fantastic stay and we’d definitely come back!

We recently hosted a graduation party and spent the weekend with family at this incredible Airbnb, and to say we were impressed is an understatement. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully prepared. The home was not only impeccably clean but thoughtfully stocked and perfectly suited for gathering, relaxing, and celebrating. The in-ground pool was an absolute hit—sparkling clean and the perfect backdrop for our weekend of fun. The outdoor space was spacious and welcoming, giving us plenty of room to celebrate while still feeling private and peaceful. What truly stood out was the level of service. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and it made all the difference. It’s rare to find a space that’s both stunning and so comfortably livable. We made memories here that we will cherish forever. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier stay with exceptional hospitality!

We rented Marisa beautiful home to celebrate our oldest daughter's graduation from Eastern Washington University. Her house was perfect. my daughter loved it, we loved it and so did my in-laws. It's an easy drive to Spokane and to Cheney.

The Perry Canary was a happy accident and I’m so glad we stumbled upon it when trying to find a place to stay in Spokane for the weekend. The location was central to everything we needed and waking distance to a cute little street with shops and restaurants, called Perry st. The house was beautifully renovated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I definitely recommend staying at this cute, historic home!

Katrina’s place was clean, comfortable & inviting. We have stayed here several times - it is a perfect location with easy access to downtown. We definitely will stay again.

Perfect place to stay while visiting for a doctor's appointment. My family was looking for something close to the doctor's clinic, walkable and enjoyable while in between appointments. Bryan's place was extremely walkable, peaceful and had everything we needed.

Cozy and homey will stay again if we get the opportunity next time we visit family.

This is a great setup inside of an upscale apartment community. The community is well cared for and clean as can be. The parking was right next to the location of the apartment. We enjoyed a newer, well appointed, 3 bedrooms/2bath apartment that had all described amenities. There were plenty of initial supplies on hand for our extended weekend stay. Expansive lawn area out front was a great place for our kids to play and the patio area was a gem on a nice evening. A pleasant surprise to our stay is that the pool was already opened for the summer! The kids loved it and families were everywhere! Definitely on our list for return trips to Spokane!

This is our 2nd stay and I'm grateful that it was available. Jim is a great host accommodating my schedule to check-in and out as well as providing some extra services to meet my needs. The place is very clean & quiet. It is near good hiking areas and close enough to restaurants without being too close to town. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the City with lots of wildlife roaming by, Jim's place is the best!

Great place and very clean. Also the building is very secure and I felt safe. This did not detract from my 5 star review, but just be aware you are staying in an apartment building in downtown Spokane. It is very loud. Street noises as well as neighbors and their dogs. My earbuds from my flight were necessary. Also you have to do street parking, the parking garage is not available. It is a 2-hr max right in front of the building, but one street north has all day meters. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here several times and enjoy it every time! It is clean, comfortable, and relaxing with all the amenities you could need. Stephanie is great to work with and responds quickly to questions. We look forward to staying here again.

Super unique and awesome stay right on the lake! Great amenities provided, and Nick is the most friendly and helpful host. It is very immersed in nature….so naturally there’s some nature (there’s mice that may make their way in during your stay) but don’t let that sway you, it’s an awesome stay!

I really appreciated receiving many and useful details for her cabin days before our arrival. This reduced my stress and helped me plan in advance. The cabin and surroundings were better than the lovely pictures she has posted on the air bnb site. Emily has taken care to have the house stocked and equipped with so many things that really came in handy while we were there. It was so wonderful to be in a home where the owner/ host was so thoughtful to every detail that guests might need. Thank you

We had such a great stay at the Mermaid Ranch. Dolly was a great host and the place was just what our family needed for a getaway. The outside is awesome with spectacular views and surroundings and the inside was cozy and relaxing.

The Main cabin is very rustic and homie. The master bed was comfortable and so were the couches and pull out bed. Other folks in my party stayed in the bungalow. It’s summer so they were very warm in the afternoon so we had the A/C and fans blowing most of the time. But it cooled down very fast in the evening. Plenty of grills and fridge space for us for the weekend. Hot tub ran great! And bathroom was a nice. It’s septic system but water was clean and ran well. Thank you Brian for being responsive and hosting us. We enjoyed the cabin and Dock!

Hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Home was so cute and clean, and big enough for our family. Had to walk just down the hill to the lake, which the kids loved! So nice and peaceful. Would definitely recommend. Going to Silverwood in September and will be staying again. Thanks Cathrine!
