A hot tub and gazebo are right outside the door: patio furniture, a gas fire pit, and a BBQ grill ready to be enjoyed. The interior space is bright and sparkling clean! The kitchen opens into the family room with a smart TV. Just around the corner are two bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom. Ask us about renting our backyard saltwater pool or E bikes!

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.
