Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Spokane River

We were extremely satisfied. There were amenities available we did not take advantage of due to our lack of time. We checked in late as our flight came in late. It was close to the airport yet very quiet neighborhood.. but within blacks were restaurants and shopping. If you just wanted to get groceries and head back the kitchen had what you needed to make a meal. The host always answered questions quickly.. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again.

Cute little loft apartment. Several units in the space, but it was not noisy at all. Very clean. We will be staying again at the end of the month.

David’s place (the Regal Beagle) is awesome! We checked in at 9am and David was right there to welcome us and hand us the keys! There are some steep stairs to this apartment, but once we got up there, we were so impressed. The apartment is way bigger than we anticipated! The floor plan is very open, everything was very tidy and clean, and it had air conditioning which was blissful for staying in Spokane in June! My wife was also very appreciative of the “smoking balcony” provided out in the back of the apartment. We also got to meet David’s beautiful rescue dog, Ripley. What a sweet girl! An added bonus for us was that David is a musician, and as my wife and I are also musicians, we got to talk music during our interactions. As far as the rest of our stay went, the shower worked great, the toilet flushed, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be staying at David’s place in the future, if it is available. Thank you, David!

this place was prefect. 5 minutes away from the Airport. it was super clean. it was just right for one to two guests. the bed was very comfortable. it was close to a busy road. but it wasn't loud. very quiet at night. excellent response. we had a bit of a hiccup on the wifi. but VeeAnn was super helpful on messenger. thank you. I highly recommend this beautiful house. it was an excellent stay. for the weekend. VeeAnn you are a 5 star host. thank you for a excellent weekend stay. I can say enough, on how nice it was. One of the best Airbnb's in which I've stayed. Eric's place is fantastic all-around - very clean and comfy. The location is great - easy and quick to get to downtown, but near plenty of restaurants, breweries, shopping, etc. in midtown. The little details make all the difference though. Having things like the charging cables at the side of the couch and bed, the laundry baskets under the washer/dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets in the cabinet, and the coffee pods, protein bars and water in the fridge are the added touches that really make it outstanding. I would definitely stay here again.

Riverfront was so close to the Convention Center and Arts Center. Perfect if you are attending a convention, it literally is just across the street. It was so clean!! also convenient and quiet. I loved it and am happy I didn't pay exorbitant amounts at nearby hotels. The lobby and elevator protected with a keypad make it really safe feeling, and full kitchen, washer and dryer were awesome. It is a great play to stay and I would book this every time.

‘The lab’ was awesome and Judy added all the right attention to detail to make you feel not only comfortable but welcome as well. Very clean.

Such a great location—easy to come and go, and the house fits so naturally into its surroundings. It felt instantly comfortable, reminding us of a home we once lived in back in Spokane. Just what we were hoping for—perfect! The original wood floors, vintage window frames, and period-appropriate furniture all beautifully reflect the style and era of the home. Our host responded promptly when I asked about adjusting the water temperature, and even followed up later to make sure everything was just right. This is a charming older home—clean, well-kept, and full of character. We’d happily stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful home and property! Fresh cut flowers were in the home and on the porch, and a box of cookies waited for us on the kitchen counter. Willie was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed.

Great little place with a perfect fenced backyard. Strongly recommend if you have dogs and want to let them stretch their legs off leash

David's cottage was cozy and eclectic. There was a bike path right outside that you could bike or walk to lots of restaurants. David was a splendid host and checked in on us several times to make sure we did not need anything. He left us snacks, drinks, and best of all, wine! This cottage was in a very convenient location, close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We will be back.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time in Spokane at Ellen's place. It was quiet and peaceful and relaxing. The evergreen trees outside every window were beautiful and the location was serene. The house had everything we needed, and we will be back when we are in Spokane in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Alyssa was a wonderful host and provided an excellent place to stay. The home was well equipped for all my needs and for the few things I inquired about she was very responsive in making sure I had what I needed. On top of that this place is well located just outside downtown and walkable to several parks, coffee shops, two grocery stores, and several restaurants. If you are planning to stay in Spokane I highly recommend this location.

This was our first time visiting Spokane, and it turned into a trip we’ll never forget—my wife went into labor on day two of our stay! Debra was incredibly kind and understanding when I explained what was happening. She even allowed us a late checkout, which gave us a little breathing room while navigating such a wild and unexpected moment. The house itself was charming and had a cozy, homey feel. Debra went above and beyond—there were thoughtful touches throughout the house, from snacks for guests to an impressive amount of extras for kids and things you wouldn’t even think to pack. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our 2-year-old to explore safely, which gave us peace of mind during a pretty hectic time. Debra was personable, easy to communicate with, and genuinely caring. We’re so grateful we ended up at her place for this unexpected adventure. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Spokane!

Kaelin’s place was perfect for our family gathering! The home was so welcoming and clean. The thoughtful welcome treats, drinks & card were much appreciated as was the well appointed kitchen, with plenty of glassware, dishes, spices etc. The beds were comfy and linens very nice. The backyard and games were great! Would highly recommend- everything was wonderful!!

Great location, can walk to town and best of all, to the beach. Can enjoy the beach and waves from room and deck. Condo was stocked pretty good. Would rent again!

We were able to get in before the summer rush and "ridiculously " pleased! Far better than any higher priced motel. All the amenities of home and then some. My husband was practically ready to move in!

This place was great for our stay, we were in the area for a few days doing a bunch of biking so it was a convenient location for Hiawatha and the Trail of the Coeur D'Alene. The hot tub availability was perfect for relaxing after riding as well. Room was comfortable and kitchenette was perfect for what we needed for the time we were there. Paula and Kris were great at responding with the couple of questions we had, would definitely stay again.

Quiet and safe. The rooms were spacious and private bathrooms for each of the rooms. Worked extremely well for a two family stay.

This was my first time staying at this location. I was looking for something small and accommodating. It was exactly what I was looking for. We had everything we needed for our stay. The home is well maintained, clean and very spacious for a 2 bdrm!

Fantastic place for a peaceful escape in the mountains. The condo was perfect for my friend and I and we appreciated the location and very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the cosy living area with a fireplace. The patio was also great, but does face the water park which gets busy closer to the weekend. Courtney was very responsive and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. Tip: be sure to watch the YouTube video before checkin, it is super helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condominium in Coeur D'Alene!  The unit is well appointed and laid out.  It is bright and airy and nicely decorated.  The gathering place is in the center space that includes the living room, kitchen, and deck.  Each side of the living space features the bedrooms.  The unit is located at the end of the building which makes for a very peaceful experience.  Having two parking places in the secure garage below the building is very convenient.  The overall Riverstone complex is convenient and fun to explore.  The dining options are plentiful nearby.  We rented some ebikes nearby and took the trail along the river to town.  It was a pleasure working with Jennifer.  We couldn't have asked for a better experience on our three night stay.
