The only drawback is the parking because it is located on a street without parking along the road and then it would be better to specify the flight of stairs to go down to the room but otherwise nice, clean and comfortable

Clean and tidy home. It fully reflected the description provided by the host. Host available and responsive. Convenient to everything, train station 15 minutes on foot, nearby, restaurants, bars, etc... We'll definitely be back.

Stunning location, charming little house

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment and location. It was my wife, myself and a 2 and 1 year old. The place isn’t huge, but big enough for all of us. Very walkable to restaurants, and a great park just a block down, which my kids loved. Flavia, was amazing! We had to come last minute as another location we had was just not safe for the kids. She was gracious and helpful in getting us all booked for her place. She went out of her way to help us out, and we truly appreciate it.

It was quite a big flat with three decent sized rooms and two big bathrooms. Kitchen was quite good. The place is quite near to a bus stop and a kilometre from nearest metro, so quite well connected. And best part were host very responsive and attentive to our needs.

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

The perfect house, the perfect village, the perfect hosts. Sermoneta is magical and this house is the perfect place to explore it from. The house matches the photos exactly, it was spotlessly clean. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We really felt like locals - we got to know the local baker and cafe owner- and our son spent happy hours playing football with the local children. This is the most perfect and picturesque location - and a wonderful experience of an authentic Italian village

Delightful accommodation in the old town of Itri. Completely renovated on two levels, although small, bedroom and bathroom are very comfortable and spacious. Equipped with all the comparisons and courtesy kits, it will be difficult for you to need more! Anyway, the host is available for needs and suggestions.

We loved this stay , a beautiful place conveniently located between the beach and historic sites. They were flexible with our check in time, responded quickly and had dinner recommendations. La Laconda was excellent! Wish we had more time here. Would definitely recommend!

Clean, tidy , quiet apartment despite being a stone's throw from the streets of downtown. Equipped with two TVs with Netflix. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare lunches/dinners to eat in the delicious and intimate outdoor garden. Antonio is a very helpful person for any advice. We had a great time. The experience in Pio's B&B was perfect from start to finish. Pio welcomed us upon our arrival and was always responsive in replying to messages. He very kindly allowed us (very rare) to postpone check-out until after lunch, which was very much appreciated. Recommended to everyone, rustic house impeccably renovated and really a nice nest for a weekend of tranquility between Molise and lower Abruzzo. I hope to be back soon
