Anita's place is located very close to Wimbledon Park, in a quiet upscale neighbourhood. We felt very welcome during our stay, and Anita was very accommodating and helpful. The studio itself is lovely, not particularly large, but great for two people staying for a couple of days.

This was a wonderful stay at a beautiful place with a delightful host couple. I very much look forward to staying again next time I’m in town. A quintessentially English experience that I couldn’t recommend more highly!

This was the perfect location for my needs. The accommodation is clean, warm, cosy and situated in beautiful countryside yet close enough to all major routes. We visited Susie's Air B and B at the weekend and we were not disappointed. From communications before booking, to providing a travel cot Susie put me at ease throughout the booking process. We arrived later on Friday night, with the lock box allowing easy access. Just be aware the bank is not open, but wasnt necessary instruction due to the postcode taking you onto correct road. Due to the current heatwave the availability of a fan was also a positive. The breakfast provided gave options for my hungry toddler and I enjoyed a peaceful cuppa in the private seating area early in the morning. Susie was an attentive host, replying quickly and we had an enjoyable stay- based for a local wedding. The bed was comfortable, shower warm and a wide range of utensils provided in the kitchen. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

Stephanie's place is as described. Nice and spacious and even though it was very sunny, the place didn't get too warm. It's a bit of a walk to the station and does take some time to get to central London, but the street is nice and very quiet (also at night). And the shower is great!

Helen’s place was great, a private space in a nice area, with easy self check in. I would love to stay again.

A great base for 3 adults and a child of four. Comfortable and clean, lots of books, games and equipment for children inside and plenty to use outside if the weather improves. We were visiting for an Interview and I,m glad to say we will be moving to the area soon.

My parents came to visit and stayed at Jane's place for a month. It had everything they needed and if there was something else that came up over the weeks Jane was on it right away. She was EXTREMELY responsive and generous. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay! Thank you to Jane and her husband for everything! A lovely little apartment, everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable bed, well equipped and stocked kitchen, good shower and spotless throughout. And a friendly dog to greet us too.

A lovely, comfortable space filled with light, enjoying glorious views a 5 minute drive from Henley on Thames. Despite the searing heat Anne’s place provided us with a cool and comfortable refuge between the many social activities we had arranged whilst staying.

We had a lovely stay at the Bakery. The property was cosy and had everything we needed for the weekend. Our hosts were welcoming, friendly and easily contactable. We decided to have breakfast in the courtyard and ended up seeing 2 deer run through the garden! The location is perfect with a beautiful village green and a lovely pub less than a minute walk away! Thank you Penny and Liz for an enjoyable stay!

We had a lovely time here. The annexe was really everything we needed for a long weekend. So many thoughful touches. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The radio was playing gently when we got there and some biscuits had been left for our arrival. Sheets to cover the sofa were provided so we didn't have to worry about our black furry dog ruining anything. We usually bring our own but it was all thought of. My dog was made most welcome which is really important to us. He loved playing with Martha and exploring in the woods. Such a tranquil place. We barely heard a woof out of him he was so relaxed. We look forward to returning one day.

Skylight in the kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances, comfy bathroom, iron, vacuum, and more. Despite the hot weather, opening both windows kept it cool. The neighborhood is peaceful, green, and perfect for morning walks. Shops nearby, and easy transport to central London via bus and Elizabeth Line. Would definitely stay again. A little gem! Charming accommodation, very British, very well-equipped, with super comfortable bedding. The environment is very peaceful, ideal for relaxing. We wanted to visit the castles and mansions of southwest London and the annex was wonderfully well located. Plus, Gill's hosting is friendly and her advice is great. I would highly recommend this rental.

Lorna was an excellent host. Due to personal circumstances I enquired if I could drop some things off late morning, hours before check in, and Lorna kindly let me do it. She also left some breakfast items and a great array of teas. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and even a small desk for anyone needing to work from there.

Couldn't of asked for more very very clean and the hosts was 2 of the nicest people I have ever met and so nice helping out with everything and making sure I was always warm in my room.thank you very much

I had such a great stay! Everything you could need or want was provided, it was very clean and the little extras like milk and the treats left were so appreciated. I would highly recommend and will definitely return next time I’m in the uk. The house instructions were clear and the hosts were friendly and welcoming! You really couldn’t ask for more and I thought it was very good value. The annex was spacious, private with gorgeous gardens. I loved the fact that there was plenty of space and it was very well laid out. Loads of hanging space and hangers for my clothes, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher etc…. Perfect for my stay of 24 days. Tv and internet was great, check in using lock box was easy, loads of parking, great location. 5/5 stars! 🌟

Hilary’s place was wonderful! She was very accommodating and hospitable! The annex was such a relaxing place for us! We loved venturing around Windsor and getting to see Windsor Castle which is very walkable getting to! Hilary was easy to communicate throughout our travels, and we loved getting to talk to her and Jamie! Thank you for a terrific stay! 🩷
