Brad’s place was beautiful and well-appointed. Brad has thoughtfully included everything you could possibly need for your stay. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near shopping, to include a grocery store. Our family stayed here for the Indy 500 race, and it was a great location for traveling to the track quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Molly's place was the perfect home away from home for a comfortable, peaceful stay during our extended family gathering in Indianapolis. The property is in a quiet neighborhood, and the yard was pleasantly landscaped and well-maintained. The home itself has been very tastefully decorated and furnished and was immaculately clean. The kitchen and its coffee bar were extremely well-stocked with an assortment of sweet and savory snacks and beverages. Beds were very comfortable, with ample sleep space. The spacious family/living room with fireplace offered a relaxing environment between other activities. Molly was proactive, prompt, helpful, and gracious in all her communications with us during the stay, and we encountered no notable problems. Would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Absolutely! We had a great weekend staying at this duplex in Indy! The place was super clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. It’s in a convenient spot—close to everything, but nice and quiet at the same time. The backyard was perfect for letting our dogs out and gave us some extra space to relax. Communication with the host was friendly and easy, and check-in couldn’t have been smoother. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect house for our small family. I’m from Indy so knew I wanted to stay in this area, but the house was better than I thought. Super private, great location, and the hosts thought of so many little things ahead of time. We’ll definitely stay again.

Jackson and Paige are such wonderful hosts! The location was quiet and peaceful. Waking up and being able to drink your coffee looking out at the lake is a huge plus. They provided helpful guidance for events during the stay and tips on how to get to IMS during our trip. Would very happily stay again, thank you!

We were impressed by so many aspects of Kachiri's home. First and foremost was the amount of time and effort she put into stocking the home with things that made us feel like we were at home. We also loved the ambiance of the home. The colors she chose to use are very comforting and tasteful. The house has been beautifully renovated with high end furniture and accessories. We've stayed at numerous Airbnb's over the years and Kachiri's home is now at the top of our most loved list!

Great location, very walkable to downtown (GainBridge Field house, Monument Circle, Fountain Square) and many nice restaurants, bars, etc, nicely refurbished older duplex, excellent host, and everything was as published on AirBNB. In addition, the Fever won!

Raj was excellent to deal with from booking to check-out. The house was exactly as described, and there were no surprises. The modern kitchen was ample, the beds were comfortable and the property offered choices for fun activities. We were off site the majority of time; however, in the evenings and times we were there, it was a fun and enjoyable time. All family members who stayed were pleased and gave it a thumbs up. If we had to book this stay over or book a future Airbnb in this geographic area with the same number of guests, I would book this property.

fantastic host. clean place to stay. perfect location for us attending for the NFL combine. within walking distance to places to eat, things to do, the stadium and convention center. will recommend to anyone and everyone.

We enjoyed our stay here. The laundry was a big bonus in our time as we needed it here and there. One minor flaw was the smoke smell that we got when we first stepped in. That was solved with some open windows. Other than that, a wonderful place!

If you want to stay downtown, this is the perfect place. We walked everywhere! It was actually really quiet. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of space for 7 girls staying there. The place is much bigger than I expected! Loved it. Would stay again!

My friend and I were in town for an event. We had an absolute fantastic stay at Rodneka’s apartment. It was clean and spacious along with being very comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality and the snacks were a nice touch!
