This place was a truly amazing location with a beautiful and it was super clean! It had all you needed in the kitchen and we immediately felt at home. Host was super kind and flexible and even had a little local gift when we checked out. Nice apartment, has everything you need for a longer stay. Great big patio for sitting outside. City center is nearby and close to the marina. It can be a bit noisy when there is traffic on the streets.

Perfect private house in quiet place for my sport holiday in near Sparta

Nikos was very responsive from start to finish, and allowed us great flexibility for check-in and check-out, which was very much appreciated. The accommodation is located in an extremely quiet environment, perfect for relaxing. You have to walk a little to get there from the car parking, but with Nikos' good directions, it's very easy to find. The house is comfortable, very clean, and perfectly equipped. We had a great time!

The aparment is very nice and clean. It's a bit small, but good enough for the two of us. Also, it's very well equipped with everything that you can possibly need, especially the kitchen (I would say the best equipped apartment I have ever booked on AirBnB, especially considering its size). The terrace is very big and beautiful with a nice view of the ocean. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and replies very fast. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best stays we ever had! The place is absolutely great. Amazing interior and a cozy patio where we had amazing time outside. The view is also beautiful as we see the whole beach of Stoupa. The house is really near the beach and near a supermarket. There is also a local pastry near. Anastasios was really friendly and easy going in all communications. I would really recommend Anastasios and his place. 10/10 stay!

This was a nice quiet place to stay. Still walkable to old town and all main shops within 10 minutes, but very relaxing at night.

The apartment was really nice, just as described. We had everything we needed and we were practically on the beach, but close enough to reach the town centre by foot too. George was a great host, the whole experience was seamless and he was always available and in communication with us. We had a really good time there.

I've stayed at this unit 2 times. I think I can't go anymore! This time we had a 1.5 year old kid with us and it was very good that we were in the center! You were going out on the huge balcony which does not have railings but builders and you knew that the child was safe, while at the same time it was like being in one of the shops. The house is not loaded so it is difficult to damage and the kitchen fully equipped to prepare its food. It's a little noisy because of the centrality of the spot, but as soon as you close the aluminum it is completely quiet for sleeping. And moreover after 12 the shops are slowly closing so ok.. I recommend it for a family with eyes closed

Great room and impeccable, communicative host!

The apartment was very beautiful and spotless clean. The apartment was super modern and beautiful. We stayed for 11 days and would definetely choose the very same apartment again, should we return next year. The owner responded promptly and friendly in all hours. The two balcons were nice and useful eg for drying laundry and beach towels and spending time.

Beautiful apartment with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, which made the hot nights bearable for us. Check-in was about tedious: I had to ask for the information myself when I was at the front door, and then the company wanted to send me a video, which didn't work out. The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor (barrier-free) with a view and balcony to the east on the mountains, or also to the sea. It was extremely clean. Washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, toaster - all there! The owner helped us in between due to an issue with the wifi, which should be finally resolved after we moved out.

Our stay at Stavriani’s place was fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed! Stavriani was very responsive and helpful! We can’t wait to come back!

Mary was very gracious and met us at the apartment to show us around and answer any questions we had. The apartment was beautifully decorated and nicely equipped - having everything we needed during our time in Kalamata. Located in a very nice part of the city, not far from the sea and close to many shops and restaurants ... and steps away from a bakery that the best bougatsa I have ever tasted. We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! :)
