Vacation rentals with a patio in Sparti

We had a wonderful stay in Kitries! When we arrived following the straight forward instructions, we were greeted by a wonderfully clean and thoughtfully equipped flat. The hosts had put together a guide on the flat and the area, and left us a few welcoming gifts. We were amazed at the level of detail provided for and the flat facilities. The flat was clean, modern and practical and had a beautiful terrace allowing us to enjoy spring mornings and evenings with a beautiful view over the Messinian Gulf. The bird song from local woodland and olive grove, and peaceful location ade for a perfect stay. Thank you to Micheal and Anne for a memorable holiday. Best wishes, Thomas and Naomi x

Fantastic place with amazing views. Dominique lived on site and was extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the WIFI which was extremely poor and didn’t even work most of the time.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in Christos Appartement. Die Lage ist phänomenal- man hat seine Ruhe - ist aber innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß am Meer entlang mitten im Geschehen, wenn man das möchte. Die Ausstattung ist einfach - ich fand es sehr gemütlich, vor allem die hohe Decke im Schlafzimmer. Nur der Wasserdruck im Bad könnte stärker sein - und es könnte ein Upgrade gebrauchen. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Morgens am kleinen Strand schwimmen - Frühstück auf der riesigen Terrasse- oder nutze den kleinen Balkon - umrahmt von Olivenbäumen. Vielen Dank Christos - ich komme gerne wieder 🙏

This place was a truly amazing location with a beautiful and it was super clean! It had all you needed in the kitchen and we immediately felt at home. Host was super kind and flexible and even had a little local gift when we checked out. I would really recommend this place to anyone who wants a private location with a gorgeous view and amazing sunset! And I would stay again! Thank you for an amazing accommodation and your kindness.

Nikki (& her husband), whose family live above the property, was very welcoming and helpful in explaining the amenities of the apartment and where the local beaches were up 100 metres across the road either side of the property. The apartment was immaculately clean, had new amenities, with a comfortable main bed (with additional sofa & camp bed in the storage room) - Nikki's ground level apartment was so much more than expected. The apartment was extremely quiet even with being on the main road. I would stay again in a heart beat when I visit Kalamata again. Very secure, very quiet, excellent amenities, off street parking - a perfect place to stay for a weekend or a week!

Η διαμονή μας στο Πολύδροσο ήταν υπέροχη. Το σπίτι πάρα πολύ όμορφο, καλά διατηρημένο, είχε κοντά πολλά μονοπάτια και διαδρομές να περπατήσεις όπως επίσης και πολλά ωραία χωριά τριγύρω να επισκεφθείς. Απολαύσαμε το μαγείρεμα στην κουζίνα και το ωραίο τζάκι. Ο Θοδωρής ήταν πολύ βοηθητικός. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

οικοδέσποινα ήτανε ευγενέστατη. Το σπιτάκι ήτανε πεντακάθαρο τακτοποιημένο και ό,τι χρειάζεται το βρίσκεις. Η τοποθεσία πού βρίσκεται είναι καταπληκτική έχει φοβερή θέα και ησυχία. Το βράδυ κάθεσαι άνετα χωρίς να ζεσταίνεσαι. Εχει μία γλυκιά δροσιά. Αν και πήγα μόνη μου ένα άτομο άνετα μπορεί να μείνουν τρία άτομα . Το προτείνω άφοβα και θα το ξανά επισκεφτώ.

We had an absolutely blissful few days here. The house is stunning, even better than the photos and perfect for a large group (we had 4 adults and 2 kids). It's very peaceful and quiet and the view from the balcony looks over olive groves and up into the mountains. The house is extremely stylish, its been renovated beautifully, super comfortable and everything is in perfect working order. The host was lovely, very responsive and helpful. The short walk into the sweet town is also beautiful - everywhere you look is stunning and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, plus a few little supermarkets (with lots of local produce) if you'd prefer to make use of the big kitchen. There's also great hikes in the area with spectacular views. This is the perfect place to relax and slow down a bit, we highly recommend it and hope to come back one day!

Larissa has an amazing house! everything is super clean and spotless. it worker great for us. the neighborhood is quiet and neat and value for the place is very reasonable. will definitely be returning back.

Logement propre et conforme aux photos. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe. Le village est très calme et parfait pour les personnes qui recherchent de la tranquillité.

Nikos a été très réactif du début à la fin, et nous a permis une grande flexibilité pour l’arrivée et le départ, ce qui a été très appréciable. Le logement est situé dans un environnement extrêmement calme, idéal pour se reposer. Il faut marcher un petit peu pour y accéder depuis le parking d'une voiture, mais avec les bonnes indications de Nikos, c’est très facile à trouver. La maison est confortable, très propre, et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

The aparment is very nice and clean. It's a bit small, but good enough for the two of us. Also, it's very well equipped with everything that you can possibly need, especially the kitchen (I would say the best equipped apartment I have ever booked on AirBnB, especially considering its size). The terrace is very big and beautiful with a nice view of the ocean. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and replies very fast. Would definitely recommend.

Το σπίτι είναι σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την παραλία, τα μαγαζιά, το λιμάνι της Καλαμάτας. Έχει ωραία θέα και είναι ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι. Η διαμονή ήταν εξαιρετική.

Le logement est très conforme aux photos Il est très propre et fonctionnel La vue est splendide et le coucher de soleil est juste magnifique L’accès direct à la piscine est un + La climatisation est très utile et fonctionne très très bien Nous avons eu la résidence pendant 4 jours à nous tout seul Pour nous il a pas eu beaucoup de choses négatives : le chemin qui mène à la résidence est en cailloux oui mais ne nous a pas du tout déranger La wifi n’est pas très bonne .. un tapis de douche aurait été utile et surtout quelques casseroles poêles et autres pour cuisiner . Seul un faitout je dis bien SEUL un faitout était disponible ! Je pense que vous pouvez remédiez à ça rapidement pour que votre logement soit juste PARFAIT Je recommande néanmoins cette location

Schöne Wohnung mit Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, diese haben uns die heißen Nächte erträglich gemacht. Der CheckIn war etwa mühsam: ich musste die Informationen selbst anfragen, als ich vor der Haustüre stand, und dann wollte mir die Firma ein Video senden, was nicht geklappt hat. Die Wohnung selbst ist im 2. Stock (barrierefrei) mit Blick und Balkon nach Osten auf die Berge, bzw. auch aufs Meer. Sie war extrem sauber geputzt. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster - alles da! Der Eigentümer war uns zwischendurch wegen eines Problems mit dem WLAN behilflich, dieses soll nach unserem Auszug endgültig behoben werden.

The appartment was presented to us by George and his mother, very nice and frienly people. We were pleasently surprised by the quality of the furniture and decoration, more than a usual Airbnb appartment. Fully and generously equipped. The appartment is in very good location if you intend to visit southern Peloponese and its attractions.

The house was absolutely clean, in a quiet neighborhood! It was a 5 minute drive from supermarkets, bakeries etc and less than 10 minutes drive from the beach. Perfect for kids that want to play in the garden too. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is a very good one - clean, spacious, nice bathroom, well-equipped kitchen - definitely recommended. Marek was always in contact with us answering all the questions. One watch out is the parking space - there is no fixed slot available, you will need to park on the street which can be sometimes problematic for bigger cars (SUV+).

Monika und Spyridon sind sehr nette, unglaublich gasfreundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber, waren immer erreichbar, wir haben uns extrem wohl in der Kommunikation und gut befreundet gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, es hat alles, was man braucht, sogar kleine sehr durchgedachte Details. Alle Laden und der Strand sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Wir empfehlen sie sehr als Gastgeber und sind für unsere Ferien sehr dankbar! Sehr gerne wieder!!!

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen bei Lisa und Richard hinter uns. Für Wanderer ist Proastio ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Auch Kardamili ist mit 10 Minuten Autofahrt in erreichbarer Entfernung. Ein Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und schönem Panorama liegt in 2 km bergan. Die Umgebung der Ferienwohnung ist ländlich und sehr ruhig. Wer vor allem Entspannung und Abstand vom Alltag sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel ausgestattet und hat alles, was wir im Urlaub brauchen. Die Gastgeber haben mit vielen Kleinigkeiten dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns gleich willkommen gefühlt haben. Insbesondere ihre Bücher zur Mani, aber auch ihre Ausflugtipps waren hilfreich. Insgesamt sind Lisa und Richard sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Der Kontakt mit ihnen war freundschaftlich und unkompliziert. Ihre Herzlichkeit trug wesentlich dazu bei, dass wir uns bei Ihnen von Anfang an "wie zuhause" gefühlt haben. Damit haben die Beiden wesentlich zu unserer Erholung beigetragen. Herzlichen Dank RD
