Monthly Rentals in Spa Beach

Great place with easy walkable access to the city. The house has a homey historic feel with updated amenities. Nice soft plush towels (& plenty of them!). A quick 15 min drive to the beach. Our hosts were responsive and had local recommendations as needed. Highly recommend.

Amanda and Steven's home offered a nice respite during my vacation. If you are looking for state-of-the-art, keep looking. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and cozy and feels like it's giving you a hug, this is the place! Charming space above a garage, the space is clean, roomy, and perfect for a week (or longer!). They left brochures giving tons of recommendations. My trip kept me busy from morning to night, so I was sad I was unable to meet my hosts and their pets. I would absolutely stay here again when I visit in the future.

Tania's house was lovely!! It looked exactly like the pictures and was thoroughly enjoyable to stay in. There were extra nice touches such as local recommendations, nice shower gel and shampoo and everything just had a premium feel to it. The location was brilliant and took less than 10-15 minutes walk to the pier and some of the lovely restaurants/bars. If I visit St Pete again I would definitely want to stay here!!
