Newly renovated guest house in about 50 sq.m, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live calmly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door there is its own patio facing south. A car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is reached by a step ladder, there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cribs are available for borrowing. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7km to the center), there are bikes to borrow.

View over garden and fields. Limited view from empty. Equipment consists of new appliances such as refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave oven and combined washing machine/dryer. All of the new model. Fresh kitchen and bathroom. In the sleeping loft upstairs you will find two comfortable beds. Heating through water-borne underfloor heating.

Cosy studio in the heart of Skåne

A nice little house located in the south of the most beautiful parts in Skåne. You get your own little house with a small kitchen and bathroom, two separate beds and you also get a very light and cosy living room with a studio feeling. Just across the road you will find endless woods to walk in. You also have 10 minutes drive to the nearest lakes Sövde and Snogeholm where you also find beautiful paths to walk. The closest little town is Blentarp where you can visit the local restaurant.

This charming little Skåne cottage from the 1870s is secluded, surrounded only by fields. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a restful and eventful holiday week. The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc., as we do not live permanently in Skåne and cannot manage this! A warm welcome!

We had very nice days in this wonderful house, which invites you to relax, feel good, eat together, read, play and due to the good location all excursion and hiking destinations can be reached by car in a short time! Jesper personally welcomed us and gave us the most important information about the house. We felt very welcome and were very warmly received. That makes it twice as much fun :-) As already noted, the house was perfect for us. It is very lovingly and tastefully furnished and everything is as shown in the pictures. It radiates warmth and harmony, we had a really good time! Thank you so much for allowing us to be there!

We had an amazing stay at Andrea’s cabin. Super relaxing using the sauna and walking down to the lake for a swim, would recommend to anyone!

A well-equipped kitchen features modern cabinetry and a spacious countertop. A coffee machine and utensils are arranged neatly. French doors allow natural light to fill the room and provide access to the garden. A comfortable armchair complements the welcoming space.

We had a great stay at Maria's lovely house. Plenty of space, tasteful decor, and great views of fields and hilly countryside. And also a big nice kitchen to cook in. Everything has worked impeccably and Maria has responded quickly and accommodating to questions. We highly recommend a stay at Maria's place.

Jacob's place was really cozy, it's not that big, but there's what it needs to be and there is top modern equipment, good wifi, apple TV, beautiful view with “own” small beach. The house was clean and tidy upon arrival and Jacob was good and easy to communicate with. We are happy to come back and definitely give a recommendation from here.

A wooden deck features a grey lounge chair and potted plants with white flowers. Green trees and shrubs enhance the natural setting, while wooden planter boxes add a decorative touch. The spacious outdoor area encourages relaxation and enjoyment of the surrounding landscape.

The place was extremely tastefully decorated. You immediately felt very comfortable. Exactly this is exactly what we imagined a holiday in Sweden, whereby the accommodation definitely made the essential contribution, especially to the desired recreation. Theresa's recommendations for the surrounding and the sights to visit were very helpful. In particular, she was delighted by her recommendation for a nearby restaurant, which without a doubt far exceeded our expectations. Regardless, Theresa was very quick and available at any time for any questions. We therefore only highly recommend the accommodation to everyone!

Beautiful rural accommodation just outside Ystad. Rolling fields and very peaceful. Perfect for a family. Great place to start when you want to tourist in Ystad and discover Österlen by car. Very helpful and available host. We would love to come back!

It is always a pleasure to stay at Källbacken. It is a wonderful house with a nice garden. Malin and Christian are very kind and caring hosts. It hopefully was not the last time that we have stayed in this house!
