The renovation of a 150 years old house is an exciting challenge. The goal is to preserve the traditional architecture, but in the same time to provide the comfort of the 21st century. This beautiful wooden house is in Énlaka, a small Transylvanian village, surrounded by nature. Izgalmas feladat a mai kor igényeire formálni egy 150 éves házat. Demeter Guesthouse FOX

It's a "mountainous village at the end of the world". Our guesthouse is a new building, but we reused few materials from the old house which was standing beforehand (materials like brickets, timbers, big stones...). The interior of the house is in vintage style, furnishing made of different woods, like pine tree, oak tree, nut tree. Every room has a different interior design as well as the bathrooms. My husband has a furniture factory so they made all the things which is made out of wood.

Durutya House is a 3-bedroom historic monument located in a quiet corner of the walled old town of Sighisoara, a World Heritage Site in the heart of Transylvania. Recommended for up to 4 adults and 3 children, the property has a secluded patio with a view across the wooded hills. Dating back to the 17th century, Durutya House has been sensitively restored, offering rustic character alongside a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast room, two bathrooms and free Wifi.

Studioul este situat pe malul Mureșului, aproape de centru. Centrul orașului se află la o distanță de 1500 de metri. Sala polivalentă se află la 500 de metri. Studioul are intrare separată de pe stradă. Are o suprafață de 35 m2 compus dintr-un open space+baie și de o galerie de 4 m2. Dispune de un pat matrimonial și de o saltea de două persoane în galerie.
