Julia was very helpful and responsive. Her place is a good value for its size. It is in a beautiful neighborhood a short walk to restaurants and French Lick Springs Hotel.

This home was very relaxing and comfortable.

We had another great stay! This was our second stay and we would love to stay again some day. This place is so nice and relaxing, we absolutely love our time here. Very clean and smells so good when you walk in! The hot tub is wonderful and the grilling area is a great place to relax. The kitchen has everything that we need to cook our meals. The beds are comfy. The home is well stocked and you don't really need to bring anything besides clothes and food. The muffins and cinnamon rolls left for us are much appreciated! Another 10/10 stay and I highly recommend once again!

The Franklin Tiny House exceeded my expectations! It was cozy, charming, and extremely clean! Location was perfect! In the heart of the city- you’re within walking distance to coffee shops, the farmers market, and many lunch/dinner options. We enjoyed coffee at the tiny house & snacks provided by the host. There was a selection of syrups & sugar to enhance your morning cup of Joe. Host really went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Would 10/10 recommend this stay to you & would book again myself!

The home was very nicely decorated and very clean. Libby left us snacks and drinks which was very much appreciated after our long drive. We didn’t get to spend much free time at the house because we were visiting friends but next time we will have to try out the hot tub! The home was perfect for our weekend, clean and comfortable and the 2nd bathroom was really nice to have. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Lake Lemon.

If you are considering booking this home, don't think twice! It is a beautiful home and property, photos don't do it justice, and Kevin is so kind and helpful! He truly has thought of everything and does everything he can to help his guests feel welcome and relaxed! You can tell he cares very much about you having a great stay! I came with friends for a birthday weekend and we all left feeling so rested, exactly what Moms need on a weekend getaway! My expectations were exceeded in every way, this place is a gem and I hope to come back someday! Thank you so much Kevin!

Perfect location, no more than 15 minutes from all the local attractions. House was beautiful and had a ton of space. Everything was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the coffee shop next door, Witches Brew Coffee.

The communication was easy and timely. We arrived at night with no issues and were very surprised to wake up in the morning and look out the window to giant yards and beautiful fall trees! The amenities were wonderful and the snacks were delicious. The space is very cozy and well taken care of, loved it!

Amy’s place was absolutely wonderful! The place was very clean and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great and was convenient to everywhere we needed to go. The parking lot was well lit and private. We felt very safe! We are happy to have found a place in the area to stay for when we visit our friends in the area. Thank you for being a wonderful host!

Cory's place was super convenient for spending a few days in Southern Indiana. The town is adorable and just a couple blocks away and there was plenty more to do within a short drive. There was a tornado watch during our stay and she even sent us info on how to shelter in the basement if we wanted/needed to. We felt very well taken care of!

Bethany's place was so cute! We loved sitting on the chaise to have our morning coffee, looking out at the magnolia tree across the way. The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains were very effective! We slept well. We appreciated all the little touches- the local recommendations (we enjoyed walking to and around Cherokee park), the tea and espresso provided, the shower products- everything was thoughtful and comfortable and made our stay relaxing. We would be happy to stay again!

Was very happy with my stay with my son. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and had plenty to do in the surrounding area thanks to the advice from our hoist. The check in and check out was easy and with the way the courtyard is set up you have a great sense of security. Easy in and out from the provided parking spot making it nice coming in early or late from your outings. Enjoyed the time at the pool and golf simulator which was nice on the rainy days. The apartment was very clean and as described in the listing. Would be a great place as a couples get away with bars and good restaurants within walking distance. Our hoist was very responsive during our stay, didn’t matter what time or what the question was we received an answer that pointed us in the right direction during our stay. Thank you for all the great advice on the local hangouts and attractions that also made this trip memorable.

We had such a lovely stay! The apartment was adorable and easy to find, even arriving late at night after a long drive and a concert. The directions were clear, and the thoughtful touches (like snacks, waters, goat milk fudge, and goat pellets to feed the goats on the property!) really made it special. The space had everything we needed, and it was quiet at night. During the day, we could hear a bit of noise from upstairs, but nothing disruptive. Their home, the animals, and the setting were all excellent; we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

My Dad and I stayed at the Hideaway while in town for War in the Woods race. It was nice to have two separate sleeping areas. A great location for the race, less than 10 min away. Geraldene was very responsive and flexible! With changes in the race schedule due to weather, we ended up staying another night. The house was very clean with extra little touches, such as complimentary bottle of wine, chocolates, Keurig, boardgames, and more. The town of Nashville was super cute witg a lot of shops and restaurants. I wish we had more time to explore. We got a chance to try a couple of places, Big Woods Pizza and OoeyGooey Cinnamon Rolls, both were delicious and highly recommend. I would highly recommend The Hideaway and hope we can stay here again for the next race!

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive. Perfect location and very comfortable—this was my second stay and would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay for my girlfriends bday! Had so much fun on the paddle boat and the fishing was great! The host were very nice and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this little slice of heaven!

We came on a bourbon quest (it was successful)and an end of the school year teacher retreat. The cabin was perfect for our plans. Cabin matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly. Very responsive hosts with very clear detailed instructions. We loved playing records and the back sitting area was so peaceful. Cabin is equipped with all the things to cook. Coffee setup was great! Due to a massive amount of rain we did not get to walk the trail but it looked awesome. Getting to the loft was no problem and the bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful little cabin in the woods very peaceful for a relaxing getaway.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens 1 toddler) had such an awesome vacation. The cabin is so cozy and relaxing. Our hosts were very friendly and communicated well. The only thing we needed to buy was food, everything else was provided and plentiful. Lots of seating in the large, open living room. 3 rooms upstairs 1 downstairs, with a bathroom on each floor. The water pressure in the showers was amazing. We spent a bit of time walking through the creek that runs right through the front yard. There were a couple of nights when we saw deer grazing in the front yard. During our stay, we visited Downtown Madison several times. The Red Pepperoni, The Red Pepper Deli and Horst's Little Bakery Haus were a few of our favorite eating spots. The town is welcoming and full of unique store fronts and houses, many of which were built in the 1800's. Despite the age of the town, it is very well maintained and full of life. Thank you for opening your home to our family! We would love to stay again.

Relaxing quiet place to stay!

This house and property is beautiful! We had such an amazing weekend. We love about an hour away and wanted to get away to the lake for our anniversary. Carolyn’s place did not disappoint! From the cozy beds and linens to the fully stocked kitchen and everything in between we felt truly at home. The space is open and airy and feels like you belong. The hosts have thought of it all. We spent 90% of our time outside on the deck or on the dock. It rained a good amount of the time but we still had a blast because the deck is fully covered. So much wildlife!! There’s a baby snapping turtle that lives in the yard and on the dock and deer were everywhere. The kayaks were a lot of fun too! This definitely won’t be our last visit here!

the place is better than it looks on the pictures I think you do feel right at home I walked in and it even smelled nice. this place is great she has been so kind to me she has worked with me I accidentally damaged some property and working with their family was fantastic no judgment or anger. Any question I had she got back with me within a 1 to 2 hour time period sooner most of the time actually. you will love it I don't need to know what you're looking for you could be looking for anything in a stay and you'll find it here.
