Fabulous riverfront location only 1 Hour from Perth. Complete with all the mod cons you will need. Wake up to the serenity of the Murray river. Enjoy a spot of fishing on your own private jetty or head out in the boat to catch your breakfast(boat ramp is less than 2kms down the road) Summer days are glorious in this waterfront property and during the cooler months you just need a good book or a board game with the kids and nestle in front of the pot belly with a glass of wine. Ducted air in all rooms will keep you cool in summer and warm/cosy in winter. In the lounge area there is plenty of seating including beanbags, along with two cupboards with jigsaws, games and books. The huge 8 seater dining table definitely caters for all guests and the well appointed kitchen won’t disappoint.
