my husband and I took our 3 kids here for memorial day weekend. the house in a nice quiet and clean neighborhood which we loved. we only had one problem when we arrived which was the AC was out and in Florida that can be a huge problem. but we let the host know right away and they called someone to fix it. we cooled off in their beautiful pool until it was fixed and before we went to bed we had a cool house. so thank you for your prompt response in getting that fixed. other than that the house is truly a gem. very clean, great amenities and the guidebook was a wonderful addition! my kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the place is very spacious where we had our room. they pretty much had everything you could think of product wise so we didn't need to get much for our stay. we are from Florida but we don't visit Tampa often but this is a place we know we will come to visit again for sure!!! thank you Aaron and Sophie for making my family vacay and wonderful one!!

We met some out-of-town friends here for a long weekend. Planned a boat tour and food tour in Tampa, St. Pete. We realized the hot tub wasn't working the night we arrived late. Before I'd messaged Luke about it, he already had a technician on the way! He figured it out before we did. They got it working during our stay, which was awesome since we all got sick and used it alot! Some RSV or the Flu, but we all spent the last 2 days in bed... Luke let us check out late because our flights weren't until the evening, and none of us were up to "sightseeing." The screened patio was wonderful for enjoying coffee, meals, and playing cards. Bedrooms were well furnished with comfortable beds. It needs a touch of women's decor, but I can't fault him for that! It has everything you would need and more. We'd rent again if we were in the area!

Alexandra was easy to communicate with, especially since I had made a change to the reservation. My daughter lives in the complex, and when there is overflow family visiting Tampa, I will definitely book this place again.

This place exceeded our expectations! Feels private and secluded but really your right off a main road. Several stores just a block away for anything you need. Owners were super friendly and answered every question within minutes. If your looking for a place to just relax and clear your mind, just sit out on the dock for a few minutes. You'll never want to leave! What stood out the most to me though was the kitchen. Fully stocked with every dish, pot, pan, utensil and even basic spices! All right where I would put them if it were my kitchen😄

2nd time visit at this house. Had a great experience and loved the location. Amanda responded immediately to all my questions. House was immaculate and plenty of room for our group of 4. Very walkable to lots of food and services. Highly recommend this place.

Nice place that is close to downtown area. It is walkable to stores and restaurants. The place is clean and provides a good stay for those that are looking for a non-luxury place to stay that is welcoming, affordable and has everything you need. It is tucked away on an alley which makes it quiet as well. There is ample parking space.

Great stay at Alex's place. It was exactly as described. Walkable, safe area. I initially was concerned about the street parking, but Alex explained it completely and it was never a problem. I would definitely stay again.

This adorable bungalow was perfect for a long weekend getaway! They have all of the amenities, it is centrally located, it's clean, and they communicated very well. I will definitely come again and recommend your place!!

I had a wonderful two week stay at Cesar’s place. The place is just as described and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful visit. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Old Northeast neighborhood and Cesar was a friendly, helpful host! :)

Such an awesome place to stay with amazing views. Clean and had extra essentials which makes it nice. Loved the fan and TV above the bed and the large shower. I traveled alone and felt completely safe. I would definitely stay again.

Melik's house was the perfect spot for our group. The house was clean and offered everything we were looking for. Plenty of restaurants and things to do that are close to Melik's Airbnb. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay while they are visiting the Tampa/St. Pete area.

Christina was very helpful as we were in town for a cruise and they kick you off the ship at 8 am and Christina accommodated us in every way. Loved the place and the balcony. At night they start a fire and light the tiki lights and you can sit out there and listen to the sound of the waves hitting the rocks will your toes in sand. If I’m ever in Tampa I would stay again.

We had a great time visiting the Airstream! After a long day of moving my son in, we needed to relax. With an absolutely comfortable bed, this was just what we needed. The pool was very refreshing and when it rained, we enjoyed the TV inside the great living area. Bradley and Ayako were perfect hosts and we look forward to visiting them again soon!

Kenneth’s place is a true gem. Perfect location, amazing surroundings, quiet and safe. The pool area was so serene and inviting, such a lovely little oasis. Kenneth was friendly and available, such a great host. We will definitely return!

Ryan’s place was great! The bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed the muffins, orange juice, and beer that were provided upon arrival. Perfect location, being only about 15 mins from everything we wanted to do! We were able to go down to Clearwater and St. Pete Beach as well and it was only about 40 mins away! The pool and kayaks were also a plus and Ryan helped us get the kayaks out and ready for us to use!

The kitchen had all the utensils and ingredients to cook. We slept great in the beds and the temperature was perfect for sleeping that was programmed. My husband really enjoyed playing the different instruments. There was plenty of towels for the pool or beach. Plus, toys for the beach. All the family photos and heirlooms that made us feel welcomed and like extended family. We hope to stay again when in the area with our family and friends.
