Spacious home with a nice outside area. Enjoyed coffee with birds and bunnies. Will stay here again.

A gem of a home if you’re looking for a waterfront property with great lake access. David’s home is well stocked with everything you need - from baking to cooking , from laundry to great choices of board games , a nice library if reading by the water is what you care to do . If you’re a bass fisherman like me , you have direct access to Squantz Pond, which can be a great fishing alternative to nearby Candlewood Lake. The property is close to the main road and traffic can be a nuisance to folks who are not used to it . City folks like me don’t mind it. David was a great host , very responsive . There was a slight miscommunication during check in , but that was taken care of right away . My family hopes to come back again . BTW, for those who don’t know how to play the piano , take some brief lessons before coming and impress your folks. Joe

This beautiful lake house is a lovely retreat from the chaos of the city. We spent the day lounging by the dock, and relaxing in the sun. It was awesome to have a full private bar with your own pool table right in the house!

A very lovely place to stay! The description matched the place exactly. We enjoyed spending a lot of time outside on the deck bird watching and even saw some fish jumping in the river. The property is also very private which was a huge plus -- no visible neighbors in any direction while spending time outside. Seth was a very responsive host and did a great job with the design of the house. There were lots of thoughtful touches that made the stay extra nice. Would love to stay again!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. Fantastic spot with views of the lake from the deck. Easy to walk down to the beach and had fun with the kayaks. Lots of space for the kids to run around and play on the open plan kitchen/lounge. Quick drive into town for great shops and places to eat. A lovely community by the lake.

Absolutely beautiful stay, Brian is an amazing host and went above and beyond with instructions and helped whenever needed. Their place is located in such a beautiful area, it is quiet and within 10 min drive to stores. The space is very clean and organized. My guests and I felt right at home.

nice size place for a person or couple. Location easy to get around to other places. Host nice likes to check in. the only challenge for high cosmetic/make up users tiny bathroom sink makes balancing bottles etc a little challenging. We had the most amazing weekend at Alice’s. She was a beautiful and gracious host. She made us banana nut bread! The rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the lake. I would recommend staying here and plan to be back!!

The place is located in a peaceful area and close to a LIRR at 5 minutes, stores are very accessible as well best of all laundry mat. The only thing was morning hours if you're a light sleeper like me you'll hear the upstairs family a lot. But i didn't mind the place is very clean, and cozy. My boyfriend and I love it! and host was very responsive and friendly!

Ana was a great host, firstly the apartment smelled AMAZING and it was nice and cool, she had toiletries laid out and the bed was comfortable. The ambiance of the apartment was very welcoming and homey. Will definitely be back, thank you for the hosting.

The place was beautifully decorated and everything from the plants to the antiques was wonderful to see. This is the perfect place for any stay and they only ask that you respect the possessions. John was very responsive in helping us for a late check in.

Great cozy spot to visit family, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the highway. The apartment has a private entrance from the main house and has everything one would need for a stay.

The location was absolutely stunning! The river in the backyard created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the space was clean. At one point, it rained, and I enjoyed sitting on the patio.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Tony's lake house. The house, exterior patio area by the water, neighborhood, and overall landscape was exactly what we needed for a peaceful and relaxing few days. What a picturesque spot to watch a sunrise! My interactions with Tony were extremely pleasant and I'd love to come back sometime soon. Thank for making it a great experience!

We had a GREAT time at Feyza’s cabin. It was clean, quiet and exactly as described. We especially loved the secluded setting, the lake views and the jacuzzi. Feyza was helpful, communicative and very responsive. Her digital guidebook was very insightful as to the local attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was wonderful. We were only there for a quick stay, and it was rainy, but that was ok because the cabin was so cute and cozy and fun. A bit of time sitting in the chairs out front in the morning with my coffee was exactly the quick weekend rejuvenation I needed. The cabin had everything we needed (and plenty of things we didn't need on this trip, but you might! I could see us playing board games or relaxing out on the back patio on a future trip.) A previous reviewer said this spot is what you expect an Airbnb to be, and that's exactly right. We picked it at first because it was convenient to a few Westchester things we needed to do, but we didn't want to drive home afterwards to CT on a summer Friday night. Spending this little bit of time in the Carmel area was genius because now we can't wait to go back there specifically for a real visit!

We loved the place, it was a beautiful home with lots of light and accessible green space. It was perfect for a short getaway. It’s a short drive from nearby towns and was very easy to find based on the directions. Mark was a responsive and accommodating host and we had a wonderful time in his airbnb.

What a wonderful experience! I wanted to celebrate my wife’s birthday and this was a fantastic place to do it! We had a terrific time. The house is beautiful and well appointed. Location was great . I wanted a weekend getaway for my son’s 13th birthday that landed on Friday the 13th, I came across this cabin airbnb and decided to book and give it a try. this location is an hour away from our home and gave us that peace of paradise we were looking for. the cabin felt like home and had everything you can possibly need. I honestly wish I can give higher than a 5 star because this cabin was perfect. I’ll be booking again for a winter weekend getaway. thank you for hosting my family and I.

Comfortable and clean with beautiful scenery - on clear days, you get a Mountain view across the lake! Highly recommend.
