Vacation rentals with a fireplace in South Jersey

We stayed at the Harvey House for 16 a little over 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. Shalamar was an excellent host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including toddler-friendly items like plates, bowls, and utensils, which was a big plus for our family. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-stocked home away from home. Thank you, Shalamar!

My family stayed here for a reunion, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful and matched the photos exactly. It was just a few steps from the beach and it was so nice being able to hear the waves crash at night. The elevator was a huge plus for my older relatives and the third-floor suite ended up being the perfect rainy day hangout spot! They loved the pool table!We made so many special memories together and truly loved our stay. We'd definitely come back again and would recommend to anybody thinking about booking!

Beautiful place, quiet, comfortable, clean, well maintained landscaping, and has all the accessories typically required! Beautiful back yard for sitting too. Close proximity to the bay side beach is a plus, and very quiet neighborhood. Linda provided a book with recommendations around Cape May area. Felt very welcoming and right at home!

Our Honey Brook stay was brief but worth it. The house, yard, and surrounding town was beautiful. Chris and Claudia early on were very helpful with recommendations. When it was getting to be close to the time of our vaca their instructions were clear and well timed. I look forward to staying here again, hopefully for longer next time.

This spot is worth every penny!! The amazing views, the roof deck, all the bedrooms/bathrooms. We had amazing communication with Michael leading up to the stay. We felt very informed prior to check in. If you’re a first time visitor he really knows his stuff. We have been coming down for decades and this was the best stay we’ve ever had! Can’t wait to go back again :)

Morgan's place is as lovely as it appears in the pictures. Her attention to the smallest details is noticed and appreciated. Sheets, bath towels, beach chairs and passes were provided and made our trip that much easier. The appliances and cookware were all brand new and high end, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to do so light cooking. Captain's Cottage was just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk through very nice neighborhoods. Our weather was not that great; however, the cottage was so cozy and comfortable, we really did not care! Morgan was very quick to respond to any question that I had, and I appreciated her flexibility on check in and check out times. We will definitely return to Captain's Cottage someday. Sneathen Mill is wonderful. Ernesto is a thoughtful host, taking care of every detail. His kitchen was fully equipped. His instructions were thorough and clear. Ernesto was very responsive to our questions while there. The 250-year-old house is quaint but light and airy. It has so much history and character as well as all the modern conveniences, including a/c. Its setting , on a lake , is peaceful and beautiful. It is a gem nestled in the cornfields of Bridgeton, NJ.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! It was clean and was such a cute space. We had no issues at all during our stay. It was quiet and in a super nice neighborhood. We would definitely return the next time we visit Amish country!

Place was great all around! Close to transit, comfortable and it had a bidet! Can't beat that!

Cute little place! We stayed for less than 24 hours while my husband participated in the "Escape the Cape Triathlon," so we didn’t get to enjoy it fully, but it was exactly as described and very clean. Parking was a little tricky, as our unit was in the back and the front unit’s vehicle was blocking the driveway when we arrived. Normally, I would have knocked to ask them to move it, but since we had a super early 5:30 AM checkout, we just parked on the street. Street parking is free, you just have to be lucky to find a spot nearby, which we managed to do twice. The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear people talking or walking around upstairs, but it wasn’t overly loud or disruptive. Best part? It’s only about three blocks from the boardwalk—a great spot for an evening stroll and some ice cream. Overall, a great little place for a quick stay in Cape May!

We had a little trouble with the lock checking in but our host was really responsive and the issue was resolved in less than 20 minutes. Comfy bed. Pillows were thin but we slept fine with 2 of them. Very clean space in a great location!! Would book again ✨

Very clean and comfortable, spacious, and good location. I was able to easily find restaurants with gluten-free options, and kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking implements.

This was a great Airbnb! The thoughtful details throughout made me feel like there was thought and care in every decision, rather than “what is the cheapest thing I can get to mark this off my list?”. From the quality pots and pans to the higher end hair dryer, and the cleanliness and decorations. There was even an extra toothbrush and toothpaste, which came in handy when we realized one had been forgotten! It seems like Chandra knows what it’s like to stay in an Airbnb and make it homey- like staying with friends.

The Bumble Bee is an adorable home tucked away in the middle of downtown New Castle, DE. It has all the charm & comfort you would hope for in an old town with updated modern conveniences.

I booked this place for my friends and I for the weekend beach trip. The house is super clean and comfortable. You have everything you possibly think you need even sunscreen cream. The host is very considerate. Location is good too, only 10 min to ocean city, cape may is half hour away. We have such a fun weekend. Hopefully i can come here next summer!

Jonas is a great host! The property is really peaceful and pretty. The road going up to the property was blocked by contracted log removal services, but Jonas was able to assist in ensuring we had full access to the road all weekend. I highly recommend this stay!

My girlfriends and I absolutely loved our girls trip at Natalia’s in Princeton!! She has a beautiful, spacious home, well-furnished and had plenty of bathroom space for the 5 of us. I was so pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful the area was. The backyard is large and scenic with trees and shrubbery that make the space feel quite private. The large windows in the foyer and back sliding doors also let in such beautiful natural light. Natalia was an awesome host, checking in proactively and always anticipating our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay. We were in town for a long weekend girl’s trip. 6 of us fit comfortably in the apartment. We were there in the off season (mid/late Feb) so parking was super easy. Easy 10-12 min walk to Congress Hall and Washington Street Mall. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean and you can’t beat the view.

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Villa. Manish was very helpful and welcoming. Location is amazing - beautiful view and so peaceful. We appreciated the fire pit and being able to use the kayaks. Thanks so much!

I gave this home a 5 star rating because it was a very beautiful home that worked very well for my family . The plus points were the beautiful home , plenty of parking , lots of activities for all ages , lovely yard & very responsive host however there were some problems like some appliances in the main kitchen weren’t working and the media are dated . However we were able to use the second kitchen . The host did respond in a timely manner .

If I could give more stars I would! Anthony’s home was a lovely, peaceful get a way, close to the water and had everything we needed. Anthony was very accommodating to our late check out needs and super responsive! The hot tub was the perfect touch to make it feel like we were kings for a few days. Hopefully we can come back here next year we visit Cape May!
