Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in South Jersey

As a travel nurse, I try to be very cautious in regards to where I stay and I can absolutely say I felt safe and comfortable at this rental. The hosts were very kind and the area is quiet and beautiful with ample parking. I would definitely book a stay at this location again.

Had a wonderful stay at Heather’s place! The home was super clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. Every space—from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the living room and kitchen—was thoughtfully maintained and cozy. The hot tub was definitely a highlight! Heather was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect vacation place for family and friends, every bed room has an attached bathroom which is rear to find, entire house is very clean, spotless, amenities are awesome. There is an electric charger for electric vehicles. All our guests loved it and they are ready to come back to create more memories. Ample parking, very nicely equipped kitchen, TVs on both the floors, great dining table and furniture for your entire group. Overall, it was an awesome place close to beach and many great restaurants.

This was the second time staying in this home and we enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable and relaxing!

Beautiful house in a great location, very comfortable for my family of 7, we loved the portico out back. Convenient to Washington Street Mall and USCG base for graduation. Host was very responsive.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Check in and check out was easy. Very short walking distance to the farmers market and downtown. The house is charming and perfect for a weekend with family.

It is in a good location, and the apartment has everything you need. The host is well-communicated, and we enjoyed staying there.

Everything was perfect and exactly as described. I like that it's private and fenced in since I had 2 small kids with me. very clean and had stuff I forgot to bring so everything was perfect.

I had a nice stay. The home is exactly as pictured and comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and has plenty of parking. Rosa is a very responsive host and very accommodating.

We booked this place for my family’s 1st ever mini getaway. It was extra special bc it was Mother’s Day weekend and the celebration of our mother’s 5 year cancer free anniversary! From the moment we booked til the moment we checked out, Evolve and company were super helpful in every way possible! Not just making this trip easy and affordable but memorable for my family and I. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chris’ Rail Park Studio. The apartment was easy to find and the instructions were easy to follow. The place was clean and matched the photos/description. I felt safe at all times and was able to walk to the Convention Center/City Center in 5 minutes. There were great eating places in close proximity. I paid extra for the parking space and it was well worth it!! It was nice having a car on sight without having to look for parking. I will definitely be back!!!

Great location! The destinations we wanted to go to were walkable. If you like asian food, the airbnb is close by Chinatown. Another thing we appreciate was the luggage drop off service, sometimes a hard perk to come by when booking a spot with airbnb.

Beautiful area, not a far drive to the boardwalk or shopping center. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! 10 out of 10. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We were very pleased with the condo! It was beautifully furnished and the Sea Colony had great amenities and activities. We ended up only using the main floor and loved the screen-in balcony. We will definitely be back! Thank you for hosting our family.

Great location - walking distance to everything! The place was spacious and perfect for our family of four that includes a toddler and infant. The upstairs bedrooms were very spacious while the main floor bunk bedroom is tight - and the lack of space between the bunks made them appear unusable (we didn't need the beds so didn't sleep here).

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The location was midway between Rehobeth, Lewes and Millsboro. I appreciated the hair dryer and all of the kitchen utensils. The balcony was lovely to enjoy our morning coffee on. This is a definite return location.... if I don't find my own home there soon! :)

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Ocean City, NJ! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the boardwalk. It was so convenient to pop back to the house whenever we needed a break. Plus, there are so many great restaurants nearby. The house itself was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. If you're looking for a perfect spot to enjoy Ocean City, this place is it—close to all the action but in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We definitely be back!

Was excited to go, but it exceeded my already high expectations! Perfect location, the screened in porch is perfect for early coffee / evening relaxing. A very convenient, short drive to the beach and Bethany. Everything was clean, clearly labeled, and just full of ease. 10/10!

Beautiful condo with even greater bay views! Me and my family had a great time celebrating down brigantine in this gorgeous condo. It was stocked with everything we needed and sitting out on the deck was so peaceful and beautiful. The views were awesome! Highly recommend this condo as long as you don’t mind going up 3 flights of steps. My kids are already asking when we can go back again!

The place is spacious and well laid out for two couples. would definitely stay again.
