Townhome vacation rentals in South Italy

A lovely apartment on a beautiful island. The apartment was perfectly located and just 5 minutes from the ferry port. We relaxed on the patio and were so happy to have that option. Anita’s son is the chef at Ignis, a tapas bar on the ground floor of the building. Our meal there was spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at Anita’s apartment on Korcula.

We were in from the US for the wedding of a local cousin just outside of Sorrento. Our family of six was greeted by Claudio who explained the home, its surroundings, and gave some local recommendations. The unit is spacious with three bedrooms upstairs and two full baths) one on each level), plus included parking for two vehicles. There is a full kitchen, however, we didn't make use of it as we were touring or visiting family every day. Yes, there are lots of steps and a tight driveway, but that added to the charm. One of the best things about this unit was the proximity to both the beach area (Marina di Aequa), and to the town of Vico Equense itself, which was the perfect spot for us as it is a more "authentic" Italian town. Definitely more locals than tourists here (which we loved). The views from the home are just incredible with the Marina below, and Ischia in the distance. We would stay here again for many reasons. If considering this area, we think you should stay here too.

We had a wonderful stay in Cavtat! Jele was a lovely and very welcoming host — polite, helpful and always kind. The location of the accommodation couldn’t have been better, and the terrace was absolutely stunning — the perfect spot to relax and take in the views. Inside, while the space was simple, it had everything we needed and was clean and functional with all amenities supplied. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting!

Wir wurden ganz herzlich von Raffaele in Empfang genommen und haben in seinem Restaurant sogar was zu essen bekommen, obwohl dieses bei unserer Ankunft geschlossen hatte. Conny hat uns dort abgeholt und uns in unsere Unterkunft begleitet. Die Unterkunft ist super schön und geräumig, sehr ruhig und der Pool mit Blick auf den Vesuv ist ein Traum! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Conny war für uns jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen und uns unterstützt. Vielen Dank an Conny und Raffaele, wir würden jederzeit wieder euch wählen, wenn wir mal wieder an der Amalfiküste unterwegs sind :)

Massimo nous a accueilli en personne. Il nous a très bien conseillé sur les lieux à visiter. L’appartement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. La grande terrasse est agréable. Massimo est très réactif. Je recommande pour visiter cette belle région.

We just finished 4 nights at Antonella’s property and could not be happier with our stay. Teresa and Agustino were generous with helping us get our bags up the stairs and on hand for any queries. We were literally right in the centre of the old town with everything steps away from our door. Loads of restaurants, bars and shops nearby with the port and the Adriatic Sea at our fingertips. Everything inside was spotlessly clean and we tried to leave it as we found it. Monopoli is a gorgeous place and a great base for trips to Alberobello, Matera and Polignano a Mare. I highly recommended this apartment.

We only stayed one night, however the place was a great flat! The rooms are large and spacious, the view from the terrace of the coast is beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked (we just didn’t have the time to make use of it). Very easy drive into Salerno and surrounding coastal towns. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. We felt like we were able to relax and enjoy our trip. Barbara responded to our questions before and during our stay quickly. The place was so clean and made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend it!

Die Villa Castello ist die wunderbar für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll, äusserst hochwertig und sehr intelligent - es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Vom Föhn über Strandklappstühle bis Nudelsieb oder Poolhandtücher ist alles da. Sowohl der Innen- als auch der Aussenbereich mit Pool sind perfekt gepflegt. Die Lage ist ab vom Schuss, sehr ruhig und die unverbaute Aussicht hervorragend. Hervorheben möchte ich auch die Kommunikation mit Fabrizio: Sehr freundlich, hilfreich und schnell.

We were only there for one night. We enjoyed being in the old city as an adventure.

This was a beautiful place to stay in this location. The ruins were nearby which was nice. This is a resort style rental and quite pristine. The apartment was spacious, beds were cozy, jacuzzi warm and the boxed gift was a lovely touch! Thank you for your excellent hospitality!

Unique set up with 4 apartments, and each with their own kitchens, all within the same entry. Location is about as good as it gets, on a main thoroghfare in Old Town.

Allison and Vincenzo's home was fabulous. We couldn't have asked for more. Their home is spacious, the terrace is expansive, and the hospitality is wonderful. We highly recommend this area because we were able to tour all of southern Italy from Bari to Matera to Lecce and points in between, all within an hour's drive. It's easy to drive this area unlike other areas of Italy we visited. Their home had all the amenities and having a bathroom for each bedroom was helpful so we could get ready and leave early each day to make the most of our trip. The washer and dryer were a very nice plus so we could prep for the second half of our Italy trip. We would highly recommend 4-5 days in this area and their home is the perfect spot to act as a central hub. Grazie mile to Allison and Vincenzo!! We hope to make it back someday!! Ciao for now!

Séjour très agréable dans ce petit chalet immersif. Notre hôte a été très accueillant et disponible. Il nous a réservé une table dans un restaurant simple et très bon. Le chauffage aux pellets est très agréable. Séjour très dépaysant, et ressourçant. Attention le magasin d'alimentation le plus proche en basse saison est à 25 min, penser à vous organiser ! Well, where do I start..... What an absolutely beautiful property. It's very clear that Joanna has put a lot of love into the property. Although the kitchen was compact, it had everything we needed. The steps within the property are very steep but it certainly wouldn't put us off staying again. My husband is 6ft 3in so he wasn't able to stand up in the bedroom but again, it wasn't an issue. The location was perfect with just a few minutes walk to the main square and lovely restaurants and bars. We were staying in the area for a friend's wedding and Joanna was kind enough to arrange a taxi for us for the weekend, to and from the venue. We would definitely recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate returning to this stunning property.

je recommande ce logement si vous voulez être au calme et en même temps pas loin des grandes villes à visiter. C'était très agréable de rentrer après une journée de visite et d'être dans ce beau jardin. Stefania a été très acceuillante et nous a envoyé plein de recommandations chaque jour. parfait !

La maison d’Elmedina a été une belle suprise de l’esprit d’Ostuni, de par l’accueil chaleureuse et attentive d’Elmedina et de son partenaire, de la maison si agréable à vivre par sa décoration et avec ses terrasses à la vue incroyable sur la vieille ville et la mer. Le petit plus est la petite épicerie de qualité avec ses produits locaux ou faits maison juste à coté qui nous laissait insouciant au quotidien. Nous étions ravis d’y être et de découvrir les environs d’Ostuni.

Vacanza perfetta! Casa pulita, fresca, con tutto ciò che serve, giardino molto ampio in cui cenare e rilassarsi. Olga sempre disponibile e attenta. Posizione ottimale vicino alla spiaggia, al supermercato, pescheria, gelateria, panificio. Da tornarci sicuramente!

Giuseppeho ubytování v domku bylo pro náš pobyt perfektní! Nádherný výhled na moře, mimo ruch města, ale přesto kousek na pláž i k obchodům. Chtěli jsme toto město lépe poznat a to se povedlo. Určitě se ještě vrátíme. Guiuseppe poslal pokyny pro nalezení ubytování i pro vstup. Vše bylo naprosto snadné. Vše na jedničku. Na zprávy reagoval též okamžitě. Vše bylo čisté a připravené pro hosty. Velmi doporučuji. Giuseppe, opravdu moc děkujeme.

Es hat alles super und ohne Probleme geklappt! Andy, als auch Paola waren sehr freundlich und haben jede meiner Fragen beantwortet. Die Wohnung war super sauber und ich habe mich 9 Tage lang wie zuhause gefühlt! :)

We had a 12 day stay at the property and loved it. Pristine beaches near by, 5 min drive by car. Very quiet neighbourhood. I’m aware it gets busy during the full season, but that was the reason why we decided to visit Sicily the first two weeks of June. San Vito only 8 minutes drive to a free car park, where we visited a couple of very nice restaurants. Close to Erice, Trapani, we’ve managed a day trip to Selinunte! House is spacious, it was only the two of us, so a bedroom and a bathroom each. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of outside space to enjoy breakfast or aperitivo. Just a word of warning, mosquitoes aplenty, so if you are loved by mosquitoes, come prepared. Plus, must have a car as you really need to drive everywhere, not far but need to drive. I would 100% recommend the house and the area to visit. Thank you Francesco!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung von Orazio und Doris. Ein modernes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit 2 Terrassen war für 1 Woche unser zu Hause. Die Aussicht auf den Ätna war grandios. Wir wurden mit Sekt, Obst und Köstlichkeiten aus einer Patisserie empfangen. Hier noch einmal vielen Dank dafür, denn das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Von Riposto aus kann man Taormina oder Catania sehr gut erreichen. Das Apartment können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

This was the easiest check in ever. The place is easy to find and there is a parking space free of charge waiting for you. The pool was wonderful and very clean. The apartment was super clean and the basics were all there. Shampoo, soap, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, dish soap. There is a washer in the unit. Two bathrooms were great to have. Note one has the washer in it so no shower. The bedrooms are big, the living/kitchen area very small. The couch is a small size love seat more than a full size couch. The porches outside make up for this as they are large and spacious.
