Bungalow vacation rentals in South Italy

Der Ferienbungalow ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Der Gastgeber ist gut und schnell zu erreichen, wir haben gute Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung erhalten. Die Städtchen in der Umgebung sind schön und authentisch. Es war ein erholsamer und gleichzeitig eindrucksvoller Urlaub.

Wir hatten einen Kurztrip geplant um etwas Sonne und gutes Essen zu genießen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, sauber und absolut ausreichend zur Übernachtung. Die Lage ist Wahnsinn. Eine kleine private Bucht mit Liegen und direktem Zugang ins Meer steht einem die ganze Zeit zur Verfügung. Das Meer ist türkis und klar. Der Bungalow befindet sich in einer Gemeinschaftsanlage und wird täglich durch Gärtner und Handwerker gepflegt. Vielen Dank Gabriele für die vielen Informationen, wir kommen wieder 😊 Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Se cercate tranquillità e relax allora questo è il posto giusto, alloggio con il minimo indispensabile, il lusso lo si ritrova nella posizione, affacciarsi sul mare in qualunque momento!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Zum Strand waren es ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Reibungsloser Ablauf beim Check-In sowie Check-out. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Eine einfach gehaltene Oase! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick und die Lage direkt am Meer ist ein Aufenthalt auf alle Fälle wert !

Soggiorno davvero meraviglioso. Trascorso una settimana fantastica con la mia famiglia (2 adulti, un adolescente e un bimbo di 1 anni). Marcello è stato molto socievole e ci ha fornito ottime indicazioni. Il plus delle bici ci ha permesso di girare la zona senza spostare l’auto. Marcello è un host davvero impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente! L’appartamento molto accogliente che ti sembra di essere a casa! La location è comoda per gli spostamenti. Super!

Suadeta’s place was a fantastic base for our week in Dubrovnik. Barely a 10 min walk into the Old Town it was extremely convenient, while staying in a quieter neighbourhood slightly away from the bustle. There are beautiful views of the sea/city from all the bedrooms, and we loved sitting on the terrace in the mornings and evenings either side of our days out. We had a couple of small issues with the property while staying and Suadeta was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend

This stay was perfect in every way. The photos can’t capture just how lovely the home and the property are. Being at the house was as much of an experience as the rest of the island. We loved the breeze flowing through the open windows as we cooked. We loved the architecture and decor and lighting. The house is in a great location, close enough to the harbor (where the restaurants and market are), a beautiful hike to a cliff side church, and several beaches (some rocky, one sandy). Also, going in May, the beginning of the season, meant the island was peaceful. The afternoons were sunny and warm. The evenings had cozy thunderstorms. It was hard to leave!

un mignon petit logement avec une vue extraordinaire très au calme un minimum d'épicerie mis à disposition pour dépanner, avec des vins et huiles du propriétaire. une boîte est laissée pour que chacun paye en toute confiance la citadelle d'Erice est très belle et mérite d'y passer plusieurs heures. nous recommandons de prendre la voiture jusqu'au parking gratuit à 5min puis 10min de marche jusqu'à l'entrée du village (pour les bons marcheurs il faut compter 45min minimum au total) bon séjour !

The cabin was so nice and the surrounding area beautiful. Danijel was very helpful and provided enough information before our arrival. Definitely would recommend staying here!

La casa è davvero deliziosa, ottima per le coppie. Offre la possibilità di avere uno spazio esterno in piena privacy sia dai vicini (oltre una spessa siepe) che dall’alloggio di Grazia che è dalla parte opposta del cortile. La cura nei dettagli è ben visibile, dai fiori freschi in piccoli contenitori lasciati in casa, a piccoli mazzi di lavanda lasciati per profumare armadi e cassetti. Poter parcheggiare all’interno della proprietà è un bonus non indifferente! La zona è molto fornita: ristoranti, bar, forni e supermercati raggiungibili a pieni. Il mare a 150 metri è perfetto per chi ama gli scogli e un ultimo bagno serale. Ottima posizione per visitare le spiagge e le città piú famose, a solo 7 minuti da punta suina e 45 da punta prosciutto, 50 minuti da Lecce e tutto il resto in un raggio di 30 minuti! Grazia è stata un’ospite attenta e discreta. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e ci ha aiutato a trovare assistenza immediata senza stress. La consigliamo vivamente.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto piacevole. La casa è spaziosa, accogliente, molto pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Vincenzo e la sua famiglia sono persone a modo, educate e premurose. La collocazione è ottima, in mezzo al verde, in zona tranquilla ed al tempo stesso vicina al mare, per raggiungere il quale bastano 10 minuti a piedi. Davvero tutto molto bello.

Amplio appartamento, estremamente pulito e funzionale. Dotato di ogni confort. Host molto disponibile. A poco più di una passeggiata dal centro paese, molto prossimo ad un supermarket. 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Unica "scomodità" la salita del tratto di strada che conduce alla struttura. Assolutamente consigliato, anche con bambini.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits à Etno Selo. L'endroit est magnifique, rustique, calme, très facile d'accès, dans une vallée au milieu des montagnes. Les routes pour y arriver sont faciles. Literie très molle mais, au final, confortable. Piscine défraîchie mais rafraichissante. En revanche, nous n'avions pas compris qu'il n'y a ni cuisine, ni salon dans les petites maisons : un lit deux places au rez-de-chaussée et un lit double + un lit simple à l'étage auquel on accède avec une échelle. Faute de cuisine, nous avons pu profiter du restaurant qui est top.

Abbiamo molto apprezzato la tranquillità della zona, gli spazi verdi esterni e in generale la località. La casa è spaziosa e con tutti i comfort. L’elettricità ai paga a parte ma i condizionatori sono abbastanza nuovi e quindi consumano poco. Jutta, Rudolf e Lidia hanno risposto prontamente alle nostre domande e si sono mostrati molto disponibili. Una bellissima esperienza nella casa per noi perfetta, grazie!
