Kid-friendly vacation rentals in South Bohemian Region

Wir hatten perfekte Tage mit der Familie. Mit meinen Eltern und unseren Kindern & Hund war das Haus ideal ausgestattet und gross. Die vielen Möglichkeiten zum draußen sitzen waren perfekt und auch das große Grundstück war super. Meine Schwester konnte mit ihrem Camper kurzfristig auch kommen und hatte einen Stellplatz samt Strom und Wasser im hinteren Teil des Grundstückes für 25€/Nacht. Michal war super zu erreichen und hat uns immer sofort weiter geholfen. Die Lage ist super, man muss nur 150m über die Wiese runter zum See gehen, wo direkt der Windy Beach mit Sandstrand, Beachbar, Spielplatz und Co: ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ❤️

Radek’s place was very good, large, clean with all necessary amenities plus Wifi works well. There are few self contained apartments within the large villa located on the hill above the town centre. It is approx 8 minutes drive to get there and a free parking is available at the premises. We have enjoyed staying at Radek’s Villa and would certainly recommend to stay there to anyone preferably with own vehicle.

Hned po příjezdu jsme byli doslova okouzleni celým ubytováním, které je zařízené v líbivém moderním stylu. Mimořádným plusem je kavárna, která se nachází hned vedle a patří samotným majitelům ubytování – nabízejí zde opravdu výbornou kávu, zmrzlinu i zákusky. Majitelé byli vždy velmi laskaví a ochotní. Nejenže nám pokaždé nabídli kávu, ale hlavně nám věnovali čas na milé povídání o čemkoliv. V prostorách ubytování navíc najdete nepřeberné množství kvalitní literatury. Pokud hledáte ubytování, které je obohacující a podnětné snad po všech stránkách, pak je tohle to pravé. DOKONALÉ! 5★ Děkujeme!

Ubytování na krásném místě, uvnitř vše minimalistické, čisté. Kuchyně skvělá, dostatečně vybavená. Radost nám udělal dáreček při příjezdu. Moc se nám na ubytování líbilo a rádi bychom se vrátili.

We stayed a long weekend with friends at Jiřís place and spend it playing tennis, cooking, playing pool, using the sauna and exploring the area. We could have not asked for more - the house is spacious and has ample space to spend time together but also relax by yourself for a bit. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking together and we could also use the outdoor grill. Jiří is very hospitable and helped quickly when we had queries. All in all, we can highly recommend this lovely house in a beautiful area!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vor allem der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und man hat komplett seine Ruhe. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Alles etwas eng, aber wir waren die meiste Zeit draußen. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt verbracht alles war super. Wir haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich empfehle es sehr.

Vera is a wonderful host who had everything prepared for us upon arrival. The house itself exceeded our expectations. Everything about the house was explained very well. The fireplace was set up so we could start it with one match and enough wood was available. The small garden was lovely and well fenced for our dog, but actually we could let him roam free around the house and let him meet the dogs lingering around the local ‘pub’. Everything (!) we needed for a wonderful stay was right there. Whenever necessary we could contact her and always got immediate response. The best Airbnb experience we ever had! Thank you so much Vera. 💐

Ubytování bylo skvělé - s možností parkování a autobusovou zastávku hned u domu. Apartmán byl čistý a plně vybavený, vše odpovídalo fotografiím. Komunikace s hostitelem probíhala bez komplikací, reagoval vždy rychle. Rádi se sem zase někdy vrátíme.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und so wie beschrieben. Josef hat immer schnell bei Fragen geantwortet und uns weitergeholfen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. :)

perfect place for the weekend we were there - the town is so small that nothing is far, but this apartment is very central, right next door to the schiele centrum. hosts are in the store at street level, and were very helpful and accommodating. thank you!

This was a comfortable and clean apartment with an amazing shower! We enjoyed our stay and it was easy to find.

Ganz toller Aufenthalt in blitzsauberem Appartment mit sehr schnellem und super freundlichem Kontakt! Unsere Anfragen waren sehr kurzfristig, aber das war überhaupt kein Problem! Die Anfragen wurden immer sehr schnell beantwortet, das ist super. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, vielen Dank! Im Haus befindet sich eine kleine Bäckerei die ganz tolle Leckereien anbietet, unbedigt probieren! Genug Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Supermärkte um die Ecke, in die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, ins Grüne ist man auch schnell gelangt, Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut. Wir waren wirkllich sehr happy!

Užili jsme si skvělý pobyt.Ubytovani je prostorné, čisté , v klidné oblasti.K dispozici kryté parkování v uzavřeném dvoře a krásná zahrada.Neni co dodat, úžasné.Radi se někdy vrátíme.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in dem schönen großen Appartement von Tomas, der uns früher herein liess, und sehr unkompliziert direkt vor Ort war, als wir zu früh ankamen. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Sonnenbalkon (und noch einen zweiten), eine große Küche mit einer umfassenden Ausstattung (da fehlte gar nichts!) und sogar Waschmaschine/Trockner waren vorhanden. Für die Kaffeemaschine waren außerdem viele Kapseln für uns da! Das große Einkaufszentrum (Mall) liegt um die Ecke, was besonders unsere Kinder als junge Leute toll fanden. Budweis selbst mit Gastronomie, der Brauerei, dem Park, den vielen Boutiquen, das ist ein authentisches Städtchen und im Umland ist super viel zu entdecken. Dafür war das Appartment als Standort ideal, und man denkt, man lebt jetzt mal unter der tschechischen Bevölkerung, und nicht in einem Hotel. Das fanden wir vier sehr gut! Danke an Tomas!

U paní Martiny jsme strávily 3 noci. Už po příchodu do apartmánu jsme pochopily, že výběr tohoto ubytování byla dobrá volba. Tady se myslí naprosto na všechno! I na 1,5 leté dítě (cestovní postýlka, dětská jídelní židlička, hračky, pastelky). Navíc možnost masáže přímo v dome! Kdybychom mohly, zůstaneme ještě déle. Děkujeme mnohokrát!

Krásné ubytování se super výhledem. Skvělá komunikace s hostitelem. Čisté, klidné a hezké prostředí.

Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr sauber und übersichtlich. Uns hat alles dort gefallen. Alles war modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war sehr bequem zu schlaffen und an Zubehör hat nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten sogar zwei Schlüssel, was sehr praktisch war. Eine schon ruhige Umgebung. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Der Preis war angemessen.
