Very nice and quiet accommodation with a restaurant where delicious honest food cooks!

Very quiet and cozy place. The farm is set back from busy roads and towns. Just outside the gate starts the hiking trail through a natural park. The surrounding landscape is truly beautiful. Petra and her mom are very hospitable. They're always willing to give tips on places, chat, and share a piece of local history. The apartment was smaller but cozy. Everything is needed here. Everywhere was very clean and bright. Comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep, especially after a day of fresh air. For the kids, there is a field outside with soccer goals and lots of space to play outside. An interesting experience is also the opportunity to observe pets.

Ivana is a very nice and thoughtful host. Nothing was a problem and she always went above and beyond to help.

Hope to have another chance to come here next time!

A super great stay! Eliane was always helpful and tried to make our stay as stress-free and pleasant as possible. She was also available at any time and was able to help quickly. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, it was always nice and warm despite cold temperatures (wood stove and heating) and you immediately felt comfortable. The kitchen is also very well equipped and we didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back!!!🩷

The place was beautiful and cozy, the hosts were very kind. The cottage is perfectly furnished, we didn't miss anything. It was tidy and everything matched the photos. We arrived as a bigger group and everyone was super happy.. it's very nice to walk around and other beautiful places are within a short driving distance. The host flooded us, prepared a grill, and a seating area. We really are very satisfied, we can only recommend the cottage and we definitely haven't been here for the last time. Thank you so much for the whole family for such a beautiful and enjoyable stay.

We are a family of six (2 adults and four children between the ages of 3 and 10), and we had a great time at Bara and Marek's place! They are both very kind and welcoming, showing us around the farm and gaving advice on what to do in the area. As there is no kitchen to prepare own food, they offered to prepare meals (at a cost, of course). There is a "social" room where you can store own food/drinks in a fridge, and use kitchenware. This room also has a corner where there are lots of toys. There is also a trampoline outside, so the kids were definitely entertained. Marek taught our children how to fish in the man-made pond behind the house, and they also enjoyed the SUP and surfboard. The room holds a cool temperature. We shared many laughs together with the host couple. ☺️

Easily one of the nicest places I have been to. real cozy village house out of a movie. Hana was lovely and helpful with everything. The place looked better than the photos and it was brand new!

We stayed in the accommodation for the weekend. We both enjoyed it very much, the location was very nice and quiet. The accommodation was clean and modern. There is actually everything you need nearby, lots of restaurants and shopping. I'm sure we'll be back !

It was a beautiful stay in every way, I fell in love with this tiny house - I would absolutely not expect that 25m2 would provide such comfort to 3 people. Both 12 year old girls also excited about accommodation, cat petting, sheep and goat sightings. And the peace! I highly recommend and thank Lukáš and Teresa for creating this space and a nice welcome.

Very beautiful accommodation, everything is clean and when it comes to the neighborhood it is a very quiet environment. Everything we needed was available, a well-equipped kitchen. A culminating breakfast in the form of breakfast baskets, royally prepared by the Hostess. Very kind hosts. We'd love to come back.

Thank you so much for your stay. Even though it rained most of the weekend, we were able to come up with activities in the area, when it cleared up for a while, we used the fireplace and playground, we went for a walk. Children enjoyed toys and animals. One evening the water stopped flowing, but the owners reacted quickly and soon we had hot water. The beds were too comfortable. The rooster was an interesting element in the morning =) Thank you!

Spacious and very well equipped house, including an Ofyr-type bbq. During the few bad weather days, there was enough space for our two kids to play in-house, while we could read in peace. When the weather was fine, the kids were outside all day. Great location to start hiking from. Pavel was friendly and welcoming.

Petra was an amazing host. She was very helpful and very kind. We enjoyed our stay very much. Very close to Český Krumlov, which was beautiful. We are already planning another trip. The house itself was beautiful, and the farm was lovely. My daughter enjoyed seeing the horses and chickens. This place is for sure a relaxing area. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful midweek at Pavol's beautiful Bohemian farmhouse. You come through an old gate into the courtyard. There, you can access both stays. The children slept in the beautiful apartment on the first floor with beautiful bathroom and private kitchen (and two bedrooms). We slept downstairs in also a beautiful apartment. The garden is beautiful and endless. You can walk right into nature. The deer are at the back of the garden. There is always sun and shade. The hammocks are lovely. Finally, our daughter was able to play the piano in a large studio made in the shed. Communication with Pavol was very nice. In short, highly recommended. Prague 2h away Cesky Krumlov 75 minutes Big and good supermarket at 14 minutes

A fantastic place to stay with Ludmila and her family!! Everything is great and furnished with a lot of taste and very comfortably. There is a beautiful pond on the property and in 5 minutes by car the worthwhile city of Cesky Krumlov!!

We've been guests at Petra's for the second time now. This stay even surpassed the first. The old farmhouse is just great for a nice, quiet and relaxing vacation. The day begins almost in the middle of nature at the small stream opposite the horse paddock. My kids loved visiting and feeding the rabbit and guinea pigs and petting the cat and dog before breakfast. They also loved swimming in the pool after a great trip to nearby Český Krumlov. We will be happy to come back!!! Thank you
