Kid-friendly vacation rentals in South Bohemian Region

We had perfect days with the family. With my parents and our children & dog, the house was ideally equipped and large. The many possibilities to sit outside were perfect and also the large property was great. My sister was also able to come with her camper at short notice and had a parking space with electricity and water in the back of the property for €25/night. Michal was super easy to reach and always helped us right away. The location is great, you just have to go 150m down the meadow to the lake, where the Windy Beach with sandy beach, beach bar, playground and Co. is. We will definitely be back ❤️

Radek’s place was very good, large, clean with all necessary amenities plus Wifi works well. There are few self contained apartments within the large villa located on the hill above the town centre. It is approx 8 minutes drive to get there and a free parking is available at the premises. We have enjoyed staying at Radek’s Villa and would certainly recommend to stay there to anyone preferably with own vehicle.

This was one of our best experiences: David and his family are wonderful hosts—always attentive, generous, and welcoming. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend it. We came to explore the Bohemian region and to trace some family roots, and David and his family were incredibly helpful throughout. His guidance and recommendations were invaluable and spot-on. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Accommodation in a beautiful place, everything inside is minimalist, clean. Great kitchen, well equipped. We were delighted with the gift upon arrival. We really liked the accommodation and would like to come back.

We stayed a long weekend with friends at Jiřís place and spend it playing tennis, cooking, playing pool, using the sauna and exploring the area. We could have not asked for more - the house is spacious and has ample space to spend time together but also relax by yourself for a bit. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking together and we could also use the outdoor grill. Jiří is very hospitable and helped quickly when we had queries. All in all, we can highly recommend this lovely house in a beautiful area!

Vera is a wonderful host who had everything prepared for us upon arrival. The house itself exceeded our expectations. Everything about the house was explained very well. The fireplace was set up so we could start it with one match and enough wood was available. The small garden was lovely and well fenced for our dog, but actually we could let him roam free around the house and let him meet the dogs lingering around the local ‘pub’. Everything (!) we needed for a wonderful stay was right there. Whenever necessary we could contact her and always got immediate response. The best Airbnb experience we ever had! The accommodation was great - with parking and a bus stop right next to the house. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, everything matched the photos. Communication with the host was smooth, he always responded quickly. We'd love to come back again.

perfect place for the weekend we were there - the town is so small that nothing is far, but this apartment is very central, right next door to the schiele centrum. hosts are in the store at street level, and were very helpful and accommodating. thank you!

This was a comfortable and clean apartment with an amazing shower! We enjoyed our stay and it was easy to find.

Very clean! Everything is great, except maybe one thing: a washing machine got stuck. ChatGPT told us several options to fix that and it turned out that a slight smash on the machine let it unstuck. We wasted on that an hour 😔

We were very pleased in the beautiful large apartment of Tomas, who let us in earlier, and was very uncomplicated directly on site when we arrived too early. The apartment has a nice sunny balcony (and a second one), a large kitchen with comprehensive equipment (nothing was missing!) and even a washing machine/dryer were available. There were also many capsules for us for the coffee machine! The large shopping center (mall) is around the corner, which our children as young people especially loved. Budweis itself with gastronomy, the brewery, the park, the many boutiques, this is an authentic town and in the surrounding area there is a lot to discover. The apartment was ideal for this, and you think you are now living among the Czech population, and not in a hotel. The four of us thought it! Thanks to Tomas!

We stayed with Martina for 3 nights. Even after arriving at the apartment, we understood that choosing this place was a good choice. This is where absolutely everything is thought of! I for a 1.5 year old child (travel crib, high chair, toys, crayons). Plus the possibility of a massage right in the house! We will stay even longer if we could. Thank you so much!

The place itself was very clean and clear. We liked everything about it. Everything was modern and cozy. It was very comfortable to sleep and there was nothing missing in terms of accessories. We even had two keys, which was very convenient. A very quiet area. Definitely recommendable! The price was reasonable.
