House vacation rentals in South Bethany

Laura's place was the perfect stay for my family of four. It was clean and well-organized with games and everything you need for the beach. We loved having breakfast on the screened in porch, listening to the birds! Centrally located, we appreciated the option of traveling by trolley or, by car to the Main area of Bethany Beach. My boys also loved walking to Wawa for slushies :). Thank you Laura for sharing this space with us!

This was one of the best rentals our family has ever stayed in—beautiful, clean, comfortable, great location, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need! We especially loved the hot tub, massage chair, and ALL the games (e.g. arcade, air hockey, skeeball, foosball, basketball) that kept everyone entertained. We got great use of the pool and gym at the clubhouse, which also conveniently offered a shuttle to the beach. The beach gear made our days on the sand easy and fun, and the kayaks were a fantastic bonus. Host communication was excellent- extensive instructions and information including local recommendations. We’re already hoping to return next year. Thanks, Joe and Jen!

Serena was great to deal with and communicated effectively with us. Unfortunately, the weekend was rainy weather, but the neighborhood amenities were able to keep our young children entertained. The neighborhood is very friendly and all the neighbors were pleasant. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our family had the best week! On the rainy, cold days we played board games on the screened in patio and had fun in the covered area off the garage playing games and hanging out in the hammocks. When the sun was out, we went to the beach, which was a short drive away and ended the day at the pool right next door to the house. The house was beautiful, the furniture was comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Jennifer and Mike were very responsive and kind! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! We would love to come back!

This is was our second stay at this property and it never disappoints. We truly love this house and the host is amazing. It has become an annual tradition and we will return!

I stayed at this condo for 3 nights in Ocean City and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was super convenient, and the host was amazing with communication—even though I didn’t reply, they still made sure I had everything I needed and encouraged me to reach out with any questions. I definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free getaway!

We had a great vacation. The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. We walked to the beach everyday, which we basically had to ourselves. I am new to Airbnb but l enjoyed the privacy and convenience of staying in a home. The accomindations were great and our host was responsive to our questions. The only problem we had was we lost the internet one night when the family wanted to watch a movie. I would certainly consider booking again.

My husband and I want to relocate to Delaware from Florida. We booked this place cause it was in close proximity to where we were researching, Rehoboth, Lewes and Milsboro. This place was spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. The block was quiet and the neighbors friendly. We didnt have anyone else with us but the house has plenty of room for more people. I highly recommend this place.

we had such a great experience staying here! we felt right at home, it was comfortable, relaxing and especially clean!! a perfect distance to the beach and for a day trip to OC, MD! bethany beach is one of our favorite spots to stay and we would recommend this stay with Laura and Bri to anyone!!

This was an amazing find! It was perfect for my group’s weekend getaway. The direct access to the private beach (not to mention how close) was perfect and completely exceeded my expectations. My group of 10 had enough room without feeling too crowded. We were especially big fans of the balcony, which had an incredible view and was the perfect place for morning coffee / breakfast as a group! Would definitely recommend and would come back myself in the future!

Joe's place was perfectly located in a peaceful area, practically on the beach. It fit our family perfectly, the kids loved the deck, we grilled almost every day and were grateful for the outdoor shower. It had everything we needed for our stay (pots, pans, coffee, blender, etc.) Thank you for such a lovely home away from home!

This house is ideal for getting away from home and relaxing. Everything (descriptions, pictures, etc.) stated in the AirBnb post was right on point. It is just far enough away , from the hustle and bustle of the beach scene, but within minutes of all the excitement. This was our second year renting and we will do so, in the future. It felt like home away from home.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Pamela and Mark were great hosts and have thought of every amenity you may need! The street feels secluded and quiet but is so close to everything that Bethany Beach has to offer. We especially loved our walks down to the community pier and our morning coffee on the deck. Seth’s home is beautiful and even better than expected. Our family felt right at home as we had everything at our fingertips - a well stocked kitchen for cooking, tons of books, and very comfortable beds! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for being a great host!

This place was amazing. Sage and Shannon were wonderful hosts and they were super helpful. Anytime I texted they always responded immediately and gave us assistance when we needed it. They also organized the house very nicely and gave us everything we needed. The coffee maker was also great to have in the mornings. The neighborhood is very serene and the neighbors were very friendly as well. I also enjoyed the nice stream at the back of the house. There was also a nice shopping center 5 minutes away for any groceries we needed to cook at home. In addition, the deck was very nice and the lights lit up very nicely at night. Overall, they really made this place feel like home throughout our stay and the beds were very comfortable as well. Great experience staying here and we look forward to staying here again at this place in our future trips to Bethany.

This is a great find! The house was fully equipped with everything you could need to make your stay easy and comfortable ( kitchen supplies, bikes, games, fans in bedrooms and even weights and yoga mats!) Our family had an amazing time and the host was very accommodating (early check in and late check out) and responsive. We will definitely rent here again!

We needed a small place to stay for a few days and this was the perfect place for the two of us; it was cozy, spotless, well equipped for all that we needed and the decor was beachy which was perfect for the area. Jacob was quick and attentive to any question we had - it was so quiet and peaceful outside. My family and I had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend to everyone looking to stay in this area! The home was spotless, comfortable, and smartly decorated. The rooms and kitchen/dining area are spacious. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom, it’s truly peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the firepit, but will be next time. The neighborhood was quiet—nice for relaxing after a day in the sun. There’s a pool/tennis court in the neighborhood that is super clean and you can walk to from the house. The home is ~15 minute drive from Bethany Beach and ~25 to Rehoboth Beach. Also, a super easy checkout which you don’t always find with vacation rentals! We’d definitely love to stay here again and plan to!!!!

My wife and I had such a great stay here! The place was clean and easy to check into. We had an entire kitchen to ourselves to cook whatever we wanted for the entire weekend. The house was close to the pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, pond, and the beach, yet tucked away, quiet, and private! There were so many fun things to do, and so many great spots to eat! We definitely want to come back again to enjoy this scenic get away!
