Beach house vacation rentals in South Bethany

We loved Amber’s place! It’s right on the sand, next to a beach access point. Amber was responsive and friendly. There are a million restaurants nearby and it’s in a quieter area of Ocean City. We plan to come back again!

We loved staying here for our family getaway! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Added bonus that beach chairs and umbrellas are available so we didn't need to bring ours! It was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was peaceful and the scenery was breathtaking. Janna was very responsive to any concerns or needs. We would love to stay here again! highly recommend!

We were in OC for a soccer tournament and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We found this condo somewhat last minute and couldn’t be happier with the property and all the amenities. Everything we needed was in the property and the management was responsive with our questions. They also provide you dish soap/sponges/laundry pods but had brought my own not knowing (normally, hosts make you bring everything!) so left these for next guests. What a nice touch! I’ll know for the next time! You can literally walk in, relax, and enjoy. Thank you again for hosting us. We’ll see you again soon.

John was an exceptional host. He was very responsive. The house was on the water & had a beautiful outdoor space. The home is in pristine condition & extremely clean. It appeared newly renovated. It has a beautiful coastal motif & looked like it had been professionally decorated. It was well equipped & I didn’t have to use my own housewares as I normally bring to an Airbnb i.e. pots, pans, dishes, cutlery. Also, these items were high end & looked like the items the owner would use. I would highly recommend. I loved the outdoor shower, especially for kids, to rinse off sand after the beach.

We had such a great time at Chris and Loree’s! This was our second trip to ocean city, and their condo was just the right distance from everything there is to do! The view on the balcony was incredible and their place was spotless and comfortable. It was a nice size, loved having washer and dryer and two bathrooms, since it was just me and two teenage boys! There was a TV in the closet that could be rolled out to the porch, where I enjoyed my morning coffee or evening de winding. The pool was nice, but the kids didn’t use it too much as they werent allowed to jump or throw their ball. With the beach being just steps away, they didn’t mind at all! Absolutely would stay here again. Thank you so much Chris and Loree!!

Overall we loved our stay. Check-in was easy and went off without a hitch. The house was perfect for our family and exactly as described and pictured. It was very neat and clean. The large kitchen was well stocked with all items that we needed and the mutliple fridges were very useful! The proximity to the beach was a huge plus. Very nice, quiet location at the top of Ocean City away from the hustle and bustle but still with many walkable stores, restaurants and entertainment options. Very great find.

The house is lovely and well appointed with the little things we always forget. The screened porch is expansive and perfect for peaceful bay views and catching ocean breezes.

Beautiful home! Pre stocked with toys made sure our kids were always happy! Pool out front was big, clean, warm and ultra convenient. Everything about the house was beautiful and nice. Very fast internet for OC and the garage was spacious. Beds in rooms were super comfy and laid out perfect. The HVAC system was also perfect, and did a great job of keeping everything comfy with no humidity. All in all, this place is great, and I will book in the future outside of peak season. Only average things were the jacked up rates during peak season in OC, and the bus stop being in close proximity to the building. However, the bus station is also a positive and is great if you don’t want to drive. I was somewhat shocked when we had to reschedule last year due to my wife having bulging and herniated C7 and C8 discs. The off season price was perfect! But the in/peak season price was almost triple the cost!!! I was just glad Krysten was accommodating and let us reschedule without loosing money.

My family and I had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend to everyone looking to stay in this area! The home was spotless, comfortable, and smartly decorated. The rooms and kitchen/dining area are spacious. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom, it’s truly peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the firepit, but will be next time. The neighborhood was quiet—nice for relaxing after a day in the sun. There’s a pool/tennis court in the neighborhood that is super clean and you can walk to from the house. The home is ~15 minute drive from Bethany Beach and ~25 to Rehoboth Beach. Also, a super easy checkout which you don’t always find with vacation rentals! We’d definitely love to stay here again and plan to!!!!

I arrived after dark, on a Friday, so I was thinking I’d have some challenge to find the house. I was wrong! There was a guard at the gate who was quite friendly and helpful, gave me the parking pass for my stay and a map with outlined directions to find the street and the house. I found it first time through. Keys were in the lockbox, instructions were clear and the gate pass card was in the dish on the table. I had a lovely quiet night in a very comfortable bed with no noise or distractions. After a 10 hour drive I needed that! In the morning I had a small convenience issue, which Terri and Shawn were immediately responsive to, offered me a self service solution which worked fabulously and I had no other problems during my stay for a total of 8 nights. I especially loved the water pressure in the shower! Love that the house is a short hop from both OC and Assateague! I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here many times & wouldn't consider any place else. The home is very well furnished. The kitchen is very well supplied. It is minutes from Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and Delaware State Parks and provides a very large swimming pool + hot tub. And you can't beat it for privacy which is very important to our large family. I'd give then place more stars if they were available.

Tammy’s place was a beautiful Airbnb that provided me and my friends a wonderful experience we loved how private and reserved the neighborhood is we also loved all the accommodations such as the walking distance to the pool and beaches.I would definitely visit here again.

Jennifer’s place was the perfect home away from home. About 15-20 mins away from the boardwalk but still in a great part of Ocean City. I would definitely stay again.

This is a great property! The house is gorgeous, the grounds are clean, kept and very private. The house was fully stocked with kitchenware, pool accessories, & decorated tastefully. A lot of delicate artwork and intentional decor- (if traveling with a young child, one needs to watch them closely :) Re: the beds- my 7 year old described it as “sleeping on clouds!” - very comfy! The area is close (2-3 min) to outlet shops and a bunch of restaurants on Costal Highway 1 and about a 6 min drive to the Rehoboth pier. It’s also a central location to other neighboring beach towns.

This was our second time staying at Kaitlin’s canal house and it was just as great the 2nd time around as it was the first. It’s such a peaceful and beautiful location on the canal overlooking the marsh. Easy access for kayaking and fishing and just a quick drive to the beach. The house truly has everything. Can’t recommend it enough for a family get away!

Seth’s home is beautiful and even better than expected. Our family felt right at home as we had everything at our fingertips - a well stocked kitchen for cooking, tons of books, and very comfortable beds! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for being a great host!

Hall’s Cottage is one of the last places hanging on to the charm of yesteryear in Fenwick Island. It’s great seeing all of the beautiful new homes in Fenwick as you walk the streets, but it was really cool seeing my 10 and 8 year old love the cottage so much. It was perfect for a small active family. Marlene’s instructions were simple and easy to follow and she was a great host. We are looking forward to coming back in August for more fun and relaxation!!!

We had a great week staying here, and enjoyed the views from all of the decks, the sunsets were amazing! We really enjoyed the location, being off the main island away from the noise but so close to everything still. Just a 20 minute drive to the boardwalk, cute towns like Berlin, and shopping. The house had everything you need to enjoy your stay, the hot tub and games were a big hit with everyone. We walked to restaurants and saw some great wildlife too. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I had such a great stay here! The place was clean and easy to check into. We had an entire kitchen to ourselves to cook whatever we wanted for the entire weekend. The house was close to the pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, pond, and the beach, yet tucked away, quiet, and private! There were so many fun things to do, and so many great spots to eat! We definitely want to come back again to enjoy this scenic get away!

We’ve stayed here before and we remembered why we loved this house this second time around. It’s spacious and can accommodate larger groups. The host is always responsive, the house is in a prime location to the boardwalk and shops. Highly recommend staying here if you can based on location and great host!

My friends and our families (10 of us) stayed here for 3 nights. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, organized, and very spacious. It didn't feel like we were on top of one another. There was plenty of space for everyone. We'll be back. One thing that stood out to us were the brand new flip flops she had available for her guests that was organized by size.She even included children sizes. It communicated how thoughtful and considerate our host is. The garage also had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun beach day. The location was perfect. 5min from the beach/ boardwalk and a central location for grocery stores, gas, etc. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy each other.

The place was perfect for our family with 4 kids. It has everything you need and the host is very responsive. 10 minutes walk to Bethany and the beach. No frills but perfect for what we needed and to spend a few days at the beach.
