In the late 80s it was transformed into this beautiful cottage you see today. Our property sits in a beautiful open space, surrounded by paddocks and vineyards. Our boutique accommodation is at the rear of the house and is two separate studios. It has been converted from a stone barn and has the charm of age but with the comforts of modern life. Each studio contains a luxurious bedroom/living area and separate bathroom. Our property is also used as a wedding venue and the gardens are yours to enjoy. Our new cellar door is nearby for you to sample some wine.

Stables by the Vines

In 1856, an English stonemason, Thompson Priest, began mining slate in Mintaro. At the same time, he built a home with stables at the rear of his property. Over the intervening years, the stables fell into a desperate state, however, recently, the Stable has returned to life through a sensitive restoration and refurbishment. Set on the edge of Reillys Winery, the Stable is a 100m walk through the vines to the cellar door and further 20 metres to the renowned Magpie Stump Hotel.
