Very clean and pleasant apartment, with all the necessities, having towels and sheets is an undeniable plus. The residence is well maintained, the staff friendly and daily activities offered. We had a wonderful stay in this lovely accommodation which has direct access to the forest from the doorstep and is five minutes walk from a beautiful surfing beach. We loved the hundreds of miles of cycle tracks in the area, amazing bird life, and the lively town of Hossegor with its picturesque lake which has a lovely market even in low season. The boardwalks on the dunes in Seignosse and the Étang Noir nature reserve were particular highlights. Definitely worth having bikes for your stay 🚲 We would love to come back next year!

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were welcomed by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available which is a real plus for getting around the city.

Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well appointed and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. The pool is good sized and nice when it's hot. Beautiful stay in the heart of the Landes. The place is like the pictures with a large terrace, nothing is missing, everything is planned to welcome you. Just come with your little bag of clothes, that's perfect! The ocean, golf, swimming pools right next door, if you have little ones, they'll love it;) Lots of restaurants for foodies next to the ocean. This stay was too short to explore everything, I will definitely come back. Thank you to Arthur who is a perfect host, very considerate, excellent communication and also very warm. In short, I am delighted with this beautiful corner of paradise, it is exactly what I needed. Thank you again, Arthur, and see you soon.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We had a wonderful stay at Léa's place. Our arrival was easy and smooth thanks to the instructions given by Léa as well as thanks to the availability of Nathalie who told us where the parking was (at the bottom of the apartment, what more could you ask for?). When we arrived, the apartment was very clean and had all the basic necessities: toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, linens and towels. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for stays: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes… nothing was missing! The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance: the beach, the lake, shops, a bike rental shop... The value for money of the accommodation is really great, you can't find better. We are more than happy with the accommodation and Léa's availability. We look forward to the opening of bookings for 2026!

Great stay in this large apartment overlooking the port! Quiet and well insulated residence. Both patios are really a plus to enjoy the view. You can go there without a second thought.

If you’re here to surf, Ben‘s house is the place to be. You cannot get closer to the ocean than this, and Messanges offers the longest and quietest surf beach in the area. We’ve had a fantastic time, and the house just made of even more special: breakfasts on the terrace, waking up to pure silence and breathing in the fresh ocean air.

We spent 1 week with the family in this beautiful house, very pleasant to stay in. The interior is spacious and the terrace is huge. The ocean is a 10-minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for a good vacation! In addition, Tomothy is very responsive and friendly, I would highly recommend it! And I'll be happy to come back for a few days :)
