Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sousse Governorate

Excellent location right near the beach, some good restaurants, nightlife options, a magasin general, and a short walk the Medina if you are not in a rush. Check in and out was easy and smooth. This is also one of few places that has 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed and their ow bathrooms, which was great for my cousin and I. The amount of outdoor space was also fantastic. I highly recommend and will be back when I return to Sousse!

Un logement conforme à la description voire mieux dans la réalité. vous ne louez pas qu'un logement, tout un accompagnement de la part de Siham et ses sœurs (Rim et Radhia). Merci mesdames pour toute votre réactivité. Vous avez écouté mes demandes et vous avez répondu très rapidement. Ma famille et moi étions accueillies dans un lieu d'une propreté irréprochable avec une décoration fine qui se marie parfaitement à l'environnement d'implantation. La terrasse et les fenêtres des espaces communs offrent une vue à couper le souffle sur le port d'El Kantaoui. Pour des familles avec des enfants comme nous, vous avez TOUT à proximité et pas besoin d'aller plus loin pour des activités. Ce logement se situe à un endroit stratégique de la ville de SOUSSE et je le recommande vivement. Merci Siham pour toutes les préparations en amont et encore merci pour votre accueil.

I had a wonderful stay here. The property is cosy, clean, well-decorated and very comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The terrace is lovely, the bed is comfy, the shower works perfectly, and the fly nets on the windows are a great touch. The street is peaceful with the sound of birds by day and crickets at night, and the neighbourhood feels very safe, even at night. Just a 2-minute walk away is a busy street with shops, cafés, fast food, and taxis. Check-in/out was smooth with a lockbox, which was super convenient during the day. The cleaning lady was warm and kind, even walking me to local shops. No WiFi, but you can buy cheap mobile data from an Orange store 10 minute walk away. Oussema is a fantastic host — always quick to reply and very helpful. Excellent value for money. I slept great every night and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Oussema!

Todo genial. Llegamos y tuvimos problemas con el agua que se cortaba por la noche ( cosa que tenía que habernos avisado), el colchón incómodo y las sábanas sucias, no había sartén en condiciones para cocinar ni Wiffi, pero se lo dijimos y nos trajo de todo nuevo en ese mismo momento . Muy buena comunicación y pareja muy amable. Al apartamento muy cerca de la playa y con taxis colectivos pasando por la zona para poder desplazarte a cualquier sitio.

We had the most amazing time at Neilas place! The apartment was even more lovely in real life and had a very artistry atmosphere. It was actually located in a very nice and safe neighborhood in Sousse. It was close to shops and not that far away from the beach. Although we never got to meet our host in person, it was always easy to reach her on the phone. The lady that handed us the keys to the apartment was so welcoming and we appreciated chatting with her. I really recommend this place!

Super séjour ! L'emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur du port, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Imane est extrêmement réactive et flexible. Nous sommes arrivés en retard, mais elle nous a attendus avec le sourire. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour sans soucis.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. J'ai eu une excellente expérience en louant l'appartement de Bilel à Sahloul. Situé en plein centre, il est spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin y est disponible. Mais au-delà de l'appartement, c'est l'accueil et le professionnalisme de Bilel qui ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions, il a pris le temps de tout m'expliquer avec patience. Son sens du service est remarquable ! Même lorsque j'ai eu un retard pour le départ, il a été d'une flexibilité et d'une gentillesse incroyables. Un hôte compréhensif et attentionné je recommande vivement !
