Mr Abdelkader is a very kind and helpful person you can easily communicate with him about anything. the house was amazing, peaceful and super clean. supermarkets are 2 min away walking. beach is near by just cross the street and it's a very nice beach. it was a very nice stay. I was happy about everything.

This apartment was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and provided a wonderfully quiet atmosphere, making for a very peaceful stay. The furniture was in great condition and well-appointed. I also felt very secure during my time there. Being located on the 2nd floor was manageable, even without an elevator. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely not hesitate to rent this apartment again in the future. Highly recommended!

Mr. Wajdi is a very good host, he welcomed us, with clear instructions, the apartment is perfect with a magnificent view. We are right in front of the beach, a three-minute walk away, you have access to different restaurants, we are really in the center of the city and tourist activities.

Great experience in Sousse! Photos are accurate as it's nicely furnished. It's close to a great coffee shop and the best burgers in town. 20 minute walk to the beach. The call to prayer is not loud. Good location.

Good value for money, we enjoyed our stay. In addition, Malek was very responsive and gave good tips for renting vehicles. The pool was not accessible at this time but we will come back to enjoy it! 😊

Great stay at Mohamed's in Marina Kantaoui! Mohamed is a remarkable host: very welcoming, available and professional. The apartment is conveniently located in Kantaoui, a stone's throw from the sea, restaurants and cafes. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and as advertised. Chaker's house is very beautiful, large, and spacious. chaker is a kind and cheerful person. He is good at dealing and communicating. From the moment the plane landed, he called me if we needed any help. It would be better if you rent a car so you could enjoy your vacation. The house is just like the pictures. The pool is large and beautiful, with all the amenities, from chairs and mattresses. The kitchen is spacious, with a table and chairs, and everything else is available. Restaurants are not far from the house, and all tourist resorts are close, about a 5 to 20-minute drive. also the big cities like Hargla,hamamet,sousse are close to drive I would thank you chaker so much for the good time and help provide wish to come back again

Excellent stay at this beautiful villa! We were very well looked after from start to finish, with excellent communication and responsiveness. The accommodation is impeccable, very well located with very good quality bedding. Thanks again because we were with family and we had a great time.

Lovely villa right next to the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The rooftop is a stand out, and the barbecue in the back garden was amazing for cooking all the fresh seafood you can find in the local fishmongers. Do bear in mind that during Ramadan, Hergla restaurants aren’t really open even for dinner, so come ready to cook (supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers etc open as normal). Maher is a great host and very responsive.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in Port El Kantoui. Nizar’s apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. In a perfect location, with beautiful views from the balcony. The beach was literally behind the apartment and there are many shops and restaurants on the Marina. We felt really safe staying there, as there are lots of security and police monitoring the area. Nizar was a great host and very responsive. Such a great find and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be looking at staying there again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

On first arriving at the property it felt bigger than the photos on the listing but more dated and in need of a clean. That said it had probably been empty for a while before us. The location was amazing.. right on the beach. The apartment felt safe and secure. There was alot of maintenance going on outside the premises on the roadside but improvements are a good thing. The pool wasn't open as we went in May but it's a short walk to the pool area. Unfortunately for us there were a few issues with the property due to the maintenance outside and the heating BUT... Rafik was amazing. He answered my messages almost immediately and went above and beyond to solve our issues and make our holiday enjoyable. We ended up having to move to another of Rafik's apartments at the other side of the harbour. It wasn't a problem and as we were in Tunisia for 18 nights we experienced a week at both sides.

All what they can say about this flat is absolutely clean and the great location and nice and the owner is friendly and helpful and whatever you need any time you can contact him it’s absolutely great apartment

Marwan is a great host, he will do his best to help you if you need anything during your stay. The place is very pleasant, especially for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the sea, admire the sunrise and walk on the white sand of long beaches.

Khalil's parents were very kind and very welcoming when we arrived. The host was very responsive for any additional information. You can do anything on foot or there are taxis that pass by every 2 minutes. Short stay but to be repeated. ☺️
